AimLens Support
For help, email [email protected] with your device model, iOS/iPadOS version, app version, screen, and steps to reproduce. Please do not attach medicine packages, private text, or recordings.
Camera or photo access
If camera access is denied or unavailable, use photo import, a bundled sample, or the manual path where shown. Review AimLens in Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera or Photos if you want to change permission.
Language packs and offline use
Apple Translation language packs are managed by the device. AimLens keeps the recognized source text when a pack is unavailable and shows the untranslated state. A user-configured external route is optional and is marked when used.
OCR and uncertainty
Move closer, reduce glare, hold the device steady, or open the original image when text is uncertain. A confidence marker is a prompt to check the source, not a guarantee of accuracy.
Local records
Delete a history or phrasebook item from inside AimLens. Clear-data actions remove associated local files. Keep a device backup if a local record matters to you.

相机或照片权限
如果相机权限被拒绝或设备不可用，请使用相册导入、内置样例或页面提供的手动路径。需要修改权限时，可以前往“设置 > 隐私与安全性 > 相机”或“照片”检查对准译。
语言包与离线使用
Apple Translation 语言包由设备管理。语言包不可用时，对准译会保留识别出的原文并显示未翻译状态。用户配置的外部路径是可选的，使用时会明确标记。
OCR 与不确定标记
可以靠近一点、减少反光、保持设备稳定，或打开原图检查不确定文字。置信度标记只是提醒你核对来源，不是准确率保证。
本地记录
你可以在对准译内删除历史或收词本条目。清除数据入口会移除关联的本地文件。如果本地记录很重要，请保留设备备份。
