ArtStoryline Privacy Policy

Scope and purpose

This policy applies to ArtStoryline (一画一话), a parent- and caregiver-facing private artwork journal. It helps you preserve a child's artwork, the child's contemporaneous words, an optional voice story, a date, and a neutral physical-item status.

Data stored on your device

The current release stores locally the child profile details you choose to enter, artwork metadata, the original image selected with Apple's PhotosPicker, the adjusted image created after your manual crop or rotation, a thumbnail, the child's words, an optional voice recording and duration, alternative text you write, physical-item status, and local recovery/deletion transaction data. Media files live in the app's local storage; the SwiftData database stores metadata and relative media references. The app does not upload these records.

Permissions and Apple frameworks

PhotosPicker reads only the photo you choose. The app does not request full Photos library access for this flow. Microphone access is requested only after you choose to record a voice story. If access is denied, the artwork can still be saved and voice can be added later. The app uses Apple's SwiftData, SwiftUI, PhotosPicker, and AVFoundation capabilities available to the current iOS release. It does not use iCloud or CloudKit synchronization.

No profiling or analysis

ArtStoryline does not use artwork, words, voice, child names, birth-month values, or metadata to infer psychology, intelligence, emotion, creativity, development, trauma, or artistic quality. It does not use face recognition, voice identity, advertising profiles, model training, or automated interpretation of a child's marks.

Third parties, tracking, and purchases

The current version has no account service, server processing, third-party analytics, advertising SDK, tracking, remote AI provider, cloud upload, in-app purchase, subscription, paywall, or paid content. Qiquverse does not receive the local artwork archive. Apple operates App Store distribution, but Apple is not given the archive by this app's release behavior.

Children and family context

The product is designed for adults preserving a family archive. A child may be the subject and speaker in a record, but the app does not create a public child profile or social discovery surface. Parents and caregivers are responsible for deciding what to enter and for keeping the device protected.

Retention, export, and deletion

Local records remain until you edit or delete them, remove the app, or use the device's storage controls. Deletion provides a short undo window. After confirmation, original, adjusted, thumbnail, and voice assets are removed through the app's local lifecycle. If a file is missing or inconsistent, the app shows a repair state instead of silently deleting the record. The current release does not provide cloud backup; use your normal device backup choices if you need one.

Security and limitations

Local storage reduces network exposure but cannot guarantee absolute security or recovery from a lost, damaged, reset, or compromised device. Keep iOS updated and use a device passcode. Do not send artwork, voice, or child words in a support email unless you intentionally choose to do so.

适用范围与用途

本政策适用于一画一话（ArtStoryline），一款面向家长和照护者的私人作品档案工具。它帮助你保存孩子的作品、孩子当时说的话、可选童声、日期和中立的实物状态。

保存在设备本地的数据

当前版本只在本机保存你主动填写的孩子档案信息、作品元数据、通过 Apple PhotosPicker 选择的原图、你手动裁切或旋转后确认的处理图、缩略图、孩子原话、可选童声及其时长、你填写的替代文本、实物状态和本地恢复/删除事务数据。媒体放在 App 本地存储中，SwiftData 保存元数据与相对媒体引用。本 App 不上传这些档案。

权限与 Apple 框架

PhotosPicker 只读取你选择的那张照片，不为这条流程申请完整照片库权限。只有当你主动选择录制童声时，App 才请求麦克风权限。拒绝权限后作品仍可保存，童声以后可以补录。当前版本使用 iOS 提供的 SwiftData、SwiftUI、PhotosPicker 与 AVFoundation 能力，不使用 iCloud 或 CloudKit 同步。

不做画像或分析

一画一话不会使用作品、孩子原话、童声、昵称、出生月份或其他元数据推断心理、智力、情绪、创造力、发展阶段、创伤或艺术质量，也不使用人脸识别、声音身份识别、广告画像、模型训练或自动解释孩子的画面标记。

第三方、追踪与购买

当前版本没有账户服务、服务器处理、第三方分析、广告 SDK、追踪、远程 AI 服务、云端上传、内购、订阅、付费墙或付费内容。Qiquverse 不会收到本机作品档案。Apple 负责 App Store 分发，但 App 的当前行为不会把档案交给 Apple。

儿童与家庭场景

本产品面向保存家庭档案的成年人。孩子可能是记录的作品作者和讲述者，但 App 不创建公开的儿童档案，也不提供社交发现。家长和照护者负责决定输入什么，并保护设备安全。

保留、导出与删除

本地记录会一直保留，直到你编辑或删除、移除 App，或使用设备存储管理。删除提供短暂撤销窗口；确认后，原图、处理图、缩略图和童声按本地媒体生命周期移除。文件缺失或不一致时，App 显示修复状态，不静默删除记录。当前版本没有云备份，如有需要请使用你自己的设备备份方式。

安全与限制

本地存储可以减少网络暴露，但不能保证设备丢失、损坏、重置或被入侵后的绝对安全或恢复。请保持 iOS 更新并使用设备密码。除非你主动选择，否则不要在支持邮件中发送作品、童声或孩子原话。
