For help, email [email protected] with your device model, iOS version, app version, and steps to reproduce. Do not attach school notices, child names, screenshots, or OCR text.
Common help
If recognition is empty or fails, keep the source draft and retry, paste the notice text, or add an action by hand. If photo access is unavailable, the sample and paste flows remain available. If an action looks wrong, open its source fragment and edit or reject it before confirming.
Local data
BringCue stores its working records and source references on the device in the current release. Before handing the device to someone else, delete imported notices and clear the app's local data. Copies in device backups or places you choose to share are managed by those destinations.

本地数据
当前版本会把工作记录和原文引用保存在设备本地。把设备交给他人前，请删除导入的通知并清除 App 本地数据。设备备份或你主动分享的副本由对应目标渠道管理。
