Privacy Policy
This policy explains how BumpRoad handles ride records, route segments, bump measurements, location and motion permissions, exports, deletion, and support. BumpRoad is local-first: the current version does not require an account and does not send ride history to a developer server.
1. Product purpose
BumpRoad is a general rider utility for recording a user-started ride, viewing relative segment roughness, reviewing a ride summary, comparing repeat routes, and exporting local records. It is not a medical device, certified road-quality measurement, navigation service, or safety guarantee.
2. Information stored locally
Depending on the features you use, the app stores ride timestamps, distance, speed, route points, relative bump index, segment values, impact markers, calibration state, vehicle profile, local notes, drafts, settings, and generated GPX/CSV files. These records are stored in the app's local container. The app does not create an account or upload ride history to Qiquverse.
3. Location and motion
BumpRoad requests location and motion access only for the ride-recording feature and explains the purpose before the request. Location can continue in the background while a ride explicitly started by you is active, and ends when the ride ends. Motion readings are used locally for calibration and bump calculations. Refusing a permission keeps the non-dependent screens usable and does not create a permission wall.
4. Sharing and third-party services
The current release has no analytics SDK, advertising, cross-app tracking, CloudKit history, developer-owned network service, external AI service, contacts access, camera access, or microphone access. When you choose GPX or CSV export, iOS presents its system share sheet; the destination you choose may retain a copy under its own policy.
5. Deletion and retention
Local rides, drafts, route profiles, and settings remain until you delete them, clear the app's local data controls, remove the app, or device/storage operations remove them. Exported or shared files are outside BumpRoad's control. Keep a copy of anything you intentionally exported.
6. Demo data
QA and preview records are synthetic and require an explicit test or demo launch argument. A normal first launch opens a useful zero-data Home rather than fabricating a user's history. Synthetic records do not represent real people or routes.
7. Children and sensitive decisions
BumpRoad is not directed to children and does not request child profiles. Do not enter another person's information without permission. Do not rely on a personal bump index for medical, emergency, legal, road-maintenance, or safety-critical decisions.
8. Support and changes
If you contact support, Qiquverse receives the message, contact details, attachments, and diagnostics you voluntarily send and uses them to respond. Please avoid sending exact addresses or another person's private route data. We may update this policy when product behavior, Apple services, or legal requirements change. Contact [email protected].

本政策说明 BumpRoad 如何处理骑行记录、路线分段、颠簸测量、定位与运动权限、导出、删除和支持请求。BumpRoad 采用本地优先设计：当前版本不要求账号，也不会把骑行历史发送到开发者服务器。
一、产品用途
BumpRoad 是面向普通骑行者的工具，用于记录用户主动开始的一程骑行、查看相对分段颠簸程度、复盘一程总结、比较重复路线，以及导出本地记录。它不是医疗器械、认证道路质量测量、导航服务，也不提供安全保证。
二、设备本地保存的信息
根据你使用的功能，应用会保存骑行时间、距离、速度、路线点、相对颠簸指数、分段数值、冲击标记、校准状态、载具配置、本地备注、草稿、设置，以及生成的 GPX/CSV 文件。这些记录保存在 App 本地容器中。应用不会创建账号，也不会把骑行历史上传到 Qiquverse。
三、定位与运动
BumpRoad 只在骑行记录功能需要时请求定位和运动权限，并在请求前解释用途。由你明确开始的一程处于记录状态时，定位可能在后台继续；骑行结束后停止。运动读数只在本机用于校准和颠簸计算。拒绝权限后，不依赖这些权限的页面仍可用，不会被权限墙困住。
四、分享与第三方服务
当前版本没有分析 SDK、广告、跨 App 追踪、CloudKit 历史、开发者网络服务、外部 AI 服务，也不访问通讯录、相机或麦克风。你选择 GPX 或 CSV 导出时，iOS 会打开系统分享面板；你选择的目标 App 可能按自己的政策保留副本。
五、删除与保留
本地骑行、草稿、路线配置和设置会保留到你删除、使用应用内本地数据控制清除、移除 App，或设备/存储操作将其清除。已经导出或分享的文件不受 BumpRoad 控制，请保存你主动导出的重要文件。
六、演示数据
测试和预览记录是合成数据，只有明确的测试或演示启动参数才会注入。普通首次启动会进入可用的零数据首页，不会伪造用户历史。合成记录不代表真实人物或路线。
七、儿童与敏感决定
BumpRoad 不是面向儿童的产品，也不要求建立儿童档案。未经许可不要录入他人信息。不要把个人颠簸指数用于医疗、紧急、法律、道路维护或安全关键决定。
八、支持与政策更新
如果你联系支持，Qiquverse 会收到你主动发送的消息、联系方式、附件和诊断信息，并用于回复。除非确有必要且得到授权，请避免发送精确地址或他人的私密路线数据。当产品行为、Apple 服务或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本政策。如有问题，请联系 [email protected]。
