Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of Cleaning Job Report, an iPhone tool for independent cleaning-service providers to organize before-and-after photos, service scope, exceptions, and locally generated job reports. By using Cleaning Job Report, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.
1. Purpose and Eligibility
Cleaning Job Report supports work communication and record organization. Users must be able to accept these Terms and are responsible for complying with applicable laws, contracts, workplace policies, building rules, and client instructions.
2. Permission to Photograph
Before taking or importing photos, obtain any consent or authorization required from the client, property holder, occupants, or other relevant person. Photograph only service-related areas. Do not intentionally capture unrelated residents, children, identity documents, screens, access codes, financial information, medical information, intimate spaces, or other private content.
3. User Content and Accuracy
You are responsible for client nicknames, addresses, photos, descriptions, scope status, exceptions, add-ons, payment markers, templates, and other content you enter, import, create, export, or share. Review every report for accuracy and privacy before sending it. Cleaning Job Report does not independently verify whether work was performed, whether a photo is authentic, or whether a statement is complete.
4. No Legal Proof, Payment, or Invoice Service
Cleaning Job Report reports are ordinary communication records. They are not guaranteed to be tamper-proof, time-certified, legally admissible, or sufficient to establish liability, completion, payment, or entitlement. Cleaning Job Report does not process money, collect debts, issue invoices, provide insurance, or give legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice.
5. Sharing and Recipient Responsibility
You control whether and where to share. Confirm the recipient and included information before using Apple's system share sheet. A copy saved, sent, or handed to another app is outside Cleaning Job Report's control and cannot be remotely recalled. You are responsible for having authority to share the content and for choosing an appropriate channel.
6. Local Storage, Backups, and Data Loss
Cleaning Job Report stores its current job content locally by default. Device loss, app deletion, operating-system changes, storage failure, backup behavior, or user deletion may cause data loss. Maintain any backup or exported copy you need, and protect copies containing indoor or client information. Restoring an Apple device backup may restore local app data.
7. Apple Features and Permissions
Camera access, photo selection, photo saving, file import, document handling, and system sharing depend on Apple frameworks, user permission, device state, available storage, installed apps, and operating-system behavior. If a permission or service is unavailable, related functionality may be limited. Cleaning Job Report provides fallback paths where practical but cannot guarantee every third-party share destination will accept every format.
8. Prohibited Use
Do not use Cleaning Job Report for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, coercion, deception, unauthorized evidence collection, publication of private material, infringement of rights, or any activity that endangers a person or property. Do not attempt to misuse the app as a guarantee of legal immunity or service quality.
9. Current App Access
All current features are available free of charge. Cleaning Job Report does not require an account to complete its current workflow.
10. Availability, Updates, and Termination
We may correct defects, change supported system versions, update features, or discontinue availability where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Users may stop using the app at any time and may delete local data through supported controls.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cleaning Job Report is provided without guarantees that every photo, pairing, redaction, export, share action, timestamp, or local record will be complete or error-free. Qiquverse is not responsible for indirect loss caused by unauthorized photography, incorrect content, recipient misuse, device failure, lost local data, unsupported share targets, or reliance on a job report as legal proof.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms when the app, Apple platform, or legal requirements change. The updated date will change when revised. For questions, contact [email protected].

一、产品用途与使用资格

二、拍摄许可
拍摄或导入照片前，请取得客户、房屋权利人、住户或其他相关人员依法或依约需要的同意与授权。只拍摄与服务相关的区域。请勿故意拍摄无关住户、儿童、证件、屏幕、门禁信息、财务信息、医疗信息、私密空间或其他私人内容。
三、用户内容与准确性
用户对填写、导入、创建、导出或分享的客户昵称、地址、照片、描述、范围状态、例外、追加项、付款标记、模板和其他内容负责。发送前应检查每张完工单的准确性和隐私。保洁完工单 不独立核实工作是否完成、照片是否真实或表述是否完整。
四、不提供法律证明、付款或发票服务
保洁完工单 完工单属于普通沟通记录，不保证防篡改、时间认证、法律可采性，也不保证足以证明责任、完工、付款或权利。保洁完工单 不处理资金、不催收、不开发票、不提供保险，也不提供法律、税务、财务或合规建议。
五、分享与接收方责任
用户自行决定是否分享以及分享至何处。打开 Apple 系统分享前，请确认接收方和包含的信息。副本一旦保存、发送或交给其他 App，即超出 保洁完工单 控制且无法远程撤回。用户应确保有权分享，并选择合适的渠道。
六、本地存储、备份与数据丢失
保洁完工单 当前默认在本地保存任务内容。设备丢失、App 删除、系统变化、存储故障、备份行为或用户删除可能造成数据丢失。请自行保留所需备份或导出副本，并保护含室内或客户信息的文件。恢复 Apple 设备备份可能恢复本地 App 数据。
七、Apple 功能与权限
相机、照片选择、保存图片、文件导入、文档处理和系统分享依赖 Apple 框架、用户授权、设备状态、可用存储、已安装 App 和操作系统行为。权限或服务不可用时，相关功能可能受限。保洁完工单 会在可行范围内提供降级路径，但无法保证每个第三方分享目标接受每种格式。
八、禁止用途
不得将 保洁完工单 用于非法监控、骚扰、歧视、胁迫、欺骗、未经授权的取证、公开私人材料、侵害他人权利，或危及人员与财产的活动。不得把 App 误用为法律免责或服务质量保证。
九、当前应用访问
保洁完工单 当前全部功能免费，完成当前流程无需账号。
十、可用性、更新与终止
我们可能在合理必要时修复缺陷、更改支持的系统版本、更新功能或停止提供。我们不保证 App 永不中断或完全无错误。用户可随时停止使用，并通过受支持的入口删除本机数据。
十一、免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许范围内，保洁完工单 不保证每张照片、配对、脱敏、导出、分享、时间或本地记录完整且无误。对于未经授权拍摄、内容错误、接收方滥用、设备故障、本地数据丢失、不兼容的分享目标，或把完工单当作法律证明所造成的间接损失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。
