Voice capture and speech
Capture needs microphone and speech recognition permission. If either was denied, open iOS Settings and return to MustRing; typing a reminder and every other screen still work.

MustRing Support
For setup, permissions, alert delivery, place reminders, Apple Reminders sync, widgets, Apple Watch, accessibility, the lifetime unlock, privacy, or deletion help, contact [email protected]. Please do not email private or sensitive content unless it is necessary and authorised.
Alarm-level alert did not ring
Check the alarm and notification permissions, whether the reminder is set to alarm level, Focus and silent-mode behaviour, the device volume and alert settings, and whether the due time is still in the future.
Place reminders
Place reminders need location access and a saved place. If they do not trigger, confirm the permission, the saved place, and that the reminder is enabled; Apple region monitoring can be delayed.
Apple Reminders sync
Sync is optional and off until you enable it in Settings. Confirm the Apple Reminders permission and that the feature is unlocked; you can turn sync off at any time.
Widgets, Watch and Share
Widgets and the Share extension read and write the shared App Group container; the Watch companion uses Apple's connectivity framework. If something looks stale, open the app once and reload the widget.
Lifetime unlock and restore
The unlock is a one-time non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. If it does not appear after purchase, use Restore Purchase; refunds are handled through your Apple Account.
Missed vault
Reminders you did not handle appear in the missed vault with their original time. You can reschedule an entry or clear the vault from the app's controls.
Delete local data
Use the app's settings and data controls to delete reminders, clear the missed vault, and remove local records. Copies already shared outside the app remain outside its control.

Apple「提醒事项」同步
同步为可选功能，开启前默认关闭。请确认系统「提醒事项」权限以及功能是否已解锁；同步可随时关闭。
小组件、Watch 与分享
小组件与分享扩展读写共享 App Group 容器，Watch 配套使用 Apple 连接框架。若显示不同步，请打开一次 App 并重新加载小组件。
一次性解锁与恢复
解锁是一次性非消耗型购买，不是订阅。若购买后未解锁，请使用「恢复购买」；退款由你的 Apple 账户处理。
错过回收箱
没有处理的提醒会带着原始时间进入回收箱，可重新安排或在应用控制中清空。
删除本地数据
在应用设置和数据控制中删除提醒、清空回收箱并移除本地记录；已经分享到 App 之外的副本仍不受应用控制。
When contacting support / 联系支持时
Include the device model, iOS version, app version, permission state, the reminder type (time or place), whether the reminder was alarm level, and the exact visible behaviour.
