Overtime Tracker Terms of Use

Acceptance and purpose
By using Overtime Tracker, you accept these terms. Overtime Tracker is a personal, local-first log for overtime facts. The current version requires no accounts, shows no advertising, and performs no remote processing.
Eligibility and responsibility
You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for the content you enter, including notes, photos, locations, and imported data. Do not store unlawful content or record another person's property without authorization where local law requires it. You decide what to export and whom to share it with.
Factual nature and limits
Overtime Tracker records facts such as time, mode, location snapshot, photos, notes, and confirmation. The local hash chain helps integrity checking but does not guarantee any record is accurate, complete, accepted by an employer, or admissible in court. The app does not calculate wages, overtime pay, taxes, or legal conclusions, and you should not present it as professional, payroll, financial, or legal advice.
Apple platform dependencies
Overtime Tracker depends on iOS and Apple APIs for local storage, location, PhotosPicker, document picker, sharing, PDF output, and accessibility. You may deny permissions, and features may differ across devices, system versions, and accessibility settings. This release does not use iCloud, CloudKit, notifications, contacts, microphone, camera, speech recognition, or biometrics.
Local data and deletion
Keep a device backup if your records matter to you. You can delete records or export them; a device reset, storage failure, or denied permission may prevent recovery. Removing the app normally removes its local container.
Availability, updates, and termination
We may correct, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. You may stop using the app at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Overtime Tracker is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, location accuracy, photo quality, export compatibility, or data recovery. Qiquverse is not liable for indirect loss arising from local data loss, denied permissions, device conditions, user-provided content, or reliance on records outside the app's factual scope.

接受与用途
使用加班打卡记即表示接受本协议。加班打卡记是个人使用的本地优先加班事实记录本。当前版本无需账户、没有广告，也不进行远程处理。
使用资格与责任
你应以合法方式使用 App，并对自己输入的内容负责，包括备注、照片、定位和导入的数据。不要保存违法内容，也不要未经授权记录他人的财产信息。导出和分享由你自行决定。
事实记录与限制
加班打卡记记录时间、模式、定位快照、照片、备注和确认等事实。本地哈希链用于完整性辅助，但不保证任何记录准确、完整、被雇主认可或具有法庭效力。App 不计算工资、加班费、个税，也不提供法律结论；请勿将其作为薪酬、财务或法律专业建议。
Apple 平台依赖
加班打卡记依赖 iOS 与 Apple API 提供本地存储、定位、PhotosPicker、文件选择、分享、PDF 输出和无障碍能力。你可以拒绝权限，且不同设备、系统版本和无障碍设置下的表现可能不同。本版本不使用 iCloud、CloudKit、通知、通讯录、麦克风、相机、语音识别或生物识别服务。
本地数据与删除
如果记录对你很重要，请保留设备备份。你可以删除记录或导出数据；设备重置、存储失败或权限被拒可能导致无法恢复。删除 App 通常会移除其本地容器。
可用性、更新与停止使用
我们可能修复、调整、暂停或停止功能，并在产品或适用要求变化时更新本协议。你可以随时停止使用 App。
免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许范围内，加班打卡记不保证持续可用、定位准确、照片质量、导出兼容或数据一定能够恢复。因本地数据丢失、权限被拒、设备状况、用户提供内容或对本 App 事实记录范围之外内容的依赖造成的间接损失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。
