Shift Calendar Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Shift Calendar: Schedule Scan (“Shift Calendar”) handles work schedules, schedule images, reminders, family comparison, exports, backups, and support requests. The current app is local-first and does not require an account.
1. Scope And Product Purpose
Shift Calendar is a personal iPhone schedule tool for rotating and irregular shift workers. It helps users create schedules manually or from repeating patterns, recognize text from a selected schedule image, review mapped shifts, record changes, schedule local notifications, display widgets, compare one locally stored partner or family schedule, view statistics, and export or restore data. It is not an employer scheduling, attendance, payroll, medical, or legal-compliance service.
2. Schedule Data Stored On The Device
The app uses local storage, including SwiftData, for shift templates, planned and current start and end times, shift status, optional notes, manual or repeating schedule rules, change records, import summaries, partner or family schedule entries, reminder preferences, and settings needed to operate the app. These records may reveal work patterns and availability and should be treated as private.
3. Schedule Images And On-device Text Recognition
When you choose an image with Apple's Photos picker or take a picture, the current version uses Apple Vision on the device to recognize text. A temporary preview may be shown so you can compare the image with recognized rows and mapped shifts. Shift Calendar does not upload the image to Qiquverse or a third-party recognition service and does not permanently save the selected source image in its app data.
Recognized text can contain names or other content visible in the source image. Only the shift mappings you confirm and an import summary are written into the formal schedule. Recognition can be incomplete or wrong; review every cell before saving and avoid selecting images you are not authorized to use.
4. Photos And Camera Access
Photos selection uses Apple's system Photos picker, which can provide only the item you select without granting broad library access. Camera permission is requested only after you choose the camera action. If camera access is denied or unavailable, you can still use Photos, manual schedules, and repeating schedules. The app does not request microphone access for schedule capture.
5. Notifications
If you enable reminders and grant permission, the app creates local notifications for optional wake-up, leave, and shift-start nodes. Notification content may include the shift name. Apple controls authorization, delivery, Focus behavior, sounds, and notification presentation. The app stores reminder preferences locally and can rebuild pending requests after schedule changes. Qiquverse does not receive your notification schedule.
6. Widgets And App Group Storage
To display Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets, the main app writes a limited schedule snapshot to an Apple App Group container shared with its WidgetKit extension. The snapshot can include the next shift name and times plus short shift names and color tokens for upcoming days. It remains in the app's shared local container and is not sent to Qiquverse.
7. Partner Or Family Schedule
You may add one partner or family schedule on the same device to compare plans and common rest days. This information stays in the app's local store. The current version does not provide account-based or real-time sharing. Obtain permission before entering another person's schedule and avoid putting private names, workplace locations, income, or colleague details in notes.
8. Statistics, Export, And Backup
The app calculates work days, rest days, hours, night shifts, overtime, and changes from local schedule records. CSV and ICS exports and complete JSON backups are created only after you choose an export action. Exported files leave the app's protected local store and may be accessible to the destination you select. You are responsible for storing and sharing them safely. Restoring a backup replaces current app data after confirmation.
9. Accounts, Cloud Sync, Analytics, Advertising, And Tracking
The current version does not require a Shift Calendar or Qiquverse account and does not provide Qiquverse cloud sync. It does not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, data brokers, or cross-app tracking. Normal Apple device backups may include app-local data according to your Apple settings; those backups are operated by Apple.
10. Data Sharing And Disclosure
Qiquverse does not sell or rent Shift Calendar data. Because the current app has no Qiquverse account, server analytics, advertising, or cloud schedule service, local schedule records are not routinely transmitted to us. Information you voluntarily send in a support request may be used to respond, investigate a problem, protect safety, comply with law, or answer valid legal process.
11. Support Requests
If you email support, we receive the address, message, attachments, and diagnostic details you choose to send. Do not send a real workplace schedule, employee names, notes, family schedules, notification contents, or backup files unless necessary and authorized. We use support information to reply and investigate the reported issue.
12. Retention, Deletion, And Restoration
App-local records remain until you edit or delete them, restore a different backup, or delete the app, subject to normal Apple backup and restoration behavior. Individual shifts can be deleted in the editor. Deleting the app removes its local container from that device, while an Apple-operated backup may later restore some records. Qiquverse cannot directly access or delete data that exists only on your device or in an Apple backup.
13. Children And Sensitive Context
Shift Calendar is not directed to children and is not designed to collect child profiles. Work schedules can reveal sensitive routines and family availability. Protect device access, use neutral notes, obtain permission before entering another person's schedule, and avoid unnecessary personal or workplace information.
14. Security And Limitations
Local-first design reduces unnecessary transmission, but no device, software, backup, export destination, or security measure can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Keep your device passcode private, install system updates, and protect exported files and backups.
15. Changes And Contact
We may update this policy when app behavior, Apple services, permissions, data handling, legal requirements, or support paths change. The updated date identifies the current version. For privacy questions, deletion guidance, or support, contact [email protected].

一、适用范围与产品用途
班表扫描是一款面向轮班和不规则排班工作者的 iPhone 个人班表工具。它支持手动或循环排班、从所选班表图片识别文字并校对班次、记录变更、创建本地通知、显示小组件、在本机对照一位伴侣或家人的班表、查看统计，以及导出或恢复数据。它不是企业排班、考勤、工资、医疗或法律合规服务。
二、保存在设备上的班表数据
App 使用包括 SwiftData 在内的本地存储，保存班次模板、计划与当前起止时间、班次状态、可选备注、手动或循环规则、变更记录、导入摘要、伴侣或家人班表、提醒偏好和运行 App 所需的设置。这些记录可能反映工作规律和空闲时间，应作为隐私信息保护。
三、班表图片与端侧文字识别
当你通过 Apple 相册选择器选择图片或拍照时，当前版本使用 Apple Vision 在设备上识别文字。App 可能显示临时预览，方便对照图片、识别行和映射班次。班表扫描不会把图片上传给 Qiquverse 或第三方识别服务，也不会在 App 数据中永久保存所选原图。
识别文字可能包含原图中可见的姓名或其他内容。只有你确认的班次映射和导入摘要会写入正式班表。识别可能不完整或错误，保存前请逐格核对，并避免选择无权使用的图片。
四、相册与相机权限
相册使用 Apple 系统选择器，可仅提供用户选择的项目而不授予完整相册访问。只有主动选择拍照时才请求相机权限。相机权限被拒绝或不可用时，仍可使用相册、手动排班和循环排班。App 不会为拍摄班表请求麦克风权限。
五、通知
如果你开启提醒并授权通知，App 会为起床、出门和开工等可选节点创建本地通知。通知内容可能包含班次名称。授权、送达、专注模式、声音和显示方式由 Apple 控制。提醒偏好保存在本地，班表变化后 App 可重建待发送提醒。Qiquverse 不会收到你的通知安排。
六、小组件与 App Group 存储
为显示锁屏和桌面小组件，主 App 会把有限的班表快照写入与 WidgetKit 扩展共享的 Apple App Group 容器。快照可能包含下一班名称与时间，以及未来数日的班次简称和颜色标记。数据留在 App 的本地共享容器中，不会发送给 Qiquverse。
七、伴侣或家人班表
你可以在同一设备上添加一位伴侣或家人的班表，用于对照安排和共同休息日。数据保存在 App 本地。当前版本不提供账号式或实时共享。录入他人班表前应获得许可，并避免在备注中填写姓名、单位地点、收入或同事信息。
八、统计、导出与备份
App 根据本地班表计算上班天数、休息天数、工时、夜班、加班和变更。只有你主动选择导出时，才会生成 CSV、ICS 或完整 JSON 备份。导出文件离开 App 的本地存储后，可能被所选目标访问；请自行安全保管和分享。恢复备份会在确认后替换当前 App 数据。
九、账号、云同步、分析、广告与追踪
当前版本不要求班表扫描或 Qiquverse 账号，也不提供 Qiquverse 云同步；不使用第三方分析、广告、崩溃报告或数据经纪 SDK，不做跨 App 追踪。Apple 正常设备备份可能按你的系统设置包含本地数据，该备份由 Apple 运营。
十、数据共享与披露
Qiquverse 不出售或出租班表扫描数据。由于当前 App 没有 Qiquverse 账号、服务端分析、广告或云端班表服务，本地班表不会例行传输给我们。你主动发送的支持信息可能用于回复、排查问题、保护安全、遵守法律或响应有效法律程序。
十一、支持请求
如果你发送支持邮件，我们会收到你选择提供的邮箱地址、消息、附件和诊断说明。除非必要且已获授权，请勿发送真实工作班表、员工姓名、备注、家人班表、通知内容或备份文件。支持信息仅用于回复和排查所报告的问题。
十二、保留、删除与恢复
App 本地记录会保留到你编辑或删除、恢复其他备份或删除 App 为止，仍受 Apple 正常备份与恢复行为影响。单条班次可在编辑页删除。删除 App 会移除该设备上的本地容器，但 Apple 备份以后可能恢复部分记录。Qiquverse 无法直接访问或删除只存在于你的设备或 Apple 备份中的数据。
十三、儿童与敏感情境
班表扫描不面向儿童，也不用于建立儿童档案。工作班表可能暴露敏感作息和家庭空闲时间。请保护设备访问，使用中性备注，录入他人班表前获得许可，并避免填写不必要的个人或单位信息。
十四、安全与限制
本地优先可减少不必要传输，但任何设备、软件、备份、导出目标或安全措施都无法保证绝对安全。请保护设备密码、及时更新系统，并妥善保管导出文件和备份。
十五、政策更新与联系
当 App 行为、Apple 服务、权限、数据处理、法律要求或支持路径变化时，我们可能更新本政策。页面顶部日期标识当前版本。如有隐私问题、删除指引或支持需求，请联系 [email protected]。
