Shift Calendar Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Shift Calendar: Schedule Scan (“Shift Calendar”). By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly as a personal planning tool and to review schedule information before relying on it.
1. Product Purpose
Shift Calendar helps an individual create, review, change, remind, display, compare, export, and back up personal work schedules. It is not an employer scheduling system, time clock, attendance record, payroll calculator, labor-law service, medical device, emergency service, or guarantee that you will arrive for a shift.
2. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for entering lawful information, reviewing recognized and imported results, confirming dates and times, maintaining the device and operating-system settings, protecting device access, and using an independent authoritative source when a work obligation is important. Your employer or official roster remains the controlling source for work requirements.
3. Recognition Limitations
Text recognition depends on image clarity, orientation, layout, language, abbreviations, handwriting, obstruction, and Apple Vision behavior. It may omit, merge, reorder, or misread text and does not understand every table format. You must select the relevant row and review every mapped shift before saving. Do not rely on recognition output without confirmation.
4. Reminders And Notification Limitations
Local notifications depend on permission, iOS scheduling, Focus modes, notification summaries, sounds, battery and device state, time-zone and time changes, and other conditions outside Qiquverse's control. Notifications can be delayed, silenced, changed, or not delivered. Keep another reliable alarm or workplace process when missing a shift could cause harm or loss.
5. Widgets And Apple Services
Widget display and refresh depend on WidgetKit, App Group configuration, iOS scheduling, available memory, device state, and Apple system behavior. Widget content may be delayed or stale. Open the app and verify the formal schedule when current information matters.
6. Partner Or Family Information
Enter another person's schedule only with permission and only for a lawful shared-planning purpose. The current shared-rest calculation is a planning aid, not a guarantee of availability, recovery, sleep, travel time, or consent. Do not use it to monitor, pressure, or expose another person's movements.
7. Local Data, Exports, Backups, And Data Loss
Schedule data is stored locally. Device loss, deletion, reset, storage failure, software defects, system upgrades, restored backups, or user error may delete, duplicate, restore, or alter records. Exported CSV, ICS, and JSON files may contain sensitive schedules and notes. You are responsible for backups, export destinations, file sharing, and verifying restoration. Qiquverse cannot recover data that exists only on your device.
8. Platform Distribution
Shift Calendar is distributed through Apple's App Store and depends on compatible Apple devices, system software, and App Store availability. Your use of Apple services is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
9. Privacy
Use of Shift Calendar is also governed by the Shift Calendar Privacy Policy. Protect work routines, notes, family schedules, exported files, and backup data, and do not enter or share information you are not authorized to use.
10. Acceptable Use
Do not use Shift Calendar to violate privacy, workplace policy, intellectual-property rights, or law; to harass or track another person; to misrepresent attendance, payroll, or official records; to bypass platform security; or to interfere with Apple services. Do not upload or distribute a workplace schedule unless you have permission.
11. Availability, Changes, And Termination
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve reliability, comply with Apple requirements or law, or maintain the product. We do not promise that every feature will work on every device, system version, language, image format, or region or remain available without interruption. You may stop using the app and delete it at any time.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shift Calendar is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, recognition accuracy, notification delivery, widget freshness, data preservation, shared availability, or fitness for a particular employment or planning outcome. These Terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qiquverse and the developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; missed or mistaken shifts; employment, wage, travel, family, or scheduling losses; stale widgets; undelivered notifications; recognition errors; or loss of local or exported data. Liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Changes To These Terms And Contact
We may update these Terms when the app, Apple services, legal requirements, or support paths change. The updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. For questions or support, contact [email protected].
班表扫描用户协议
本协议适用于“班表扫描 - 排班日历与倒班提醒”（以下简称“班表扫描”）。使用本 App 即表示你同意将其作为个人规划工具负责任地使用，并在依赖班表信息前进行核对。
一、产品用途
班表扫描帮助个人创建、校对、变更、提醒、显示、对照、导出和备份工作班表。它不是企业排班系统、打卡器、考勤记录、工资计算器、劳动法服务、医疗设备、紧急服务，也不保证用户一定按时到班。
二、用户责任
用户负责录入合法信息、核对识别和导入结果、确认日期与时间、维护设备与系统设置、保护设备访问，并在工作义务重要时以独立的权威来源复核。雇主或正式班表始终是工作要求的控制来源。
三、识别限制
文字识别受图片清晰度、方向、版式、语言、简称、手写、遮挡和 Apple Vision 行为影响，可能漏掉、合并、重排或误读文字，也不能理解所有表格格式。用户必须选择相关行并在保存前逐格核对，不得在未确认时依赖识别结果。
四、提醒与通知限制
本地通知依赖授权、iOS 调度、专注模式、通知摘要、声音、电量与设备状态、时区和时间变化，以及其他不受 Qiquverse 控制的条件。通知可能延迟、静音、变化或未送达。如果漏班可能造成损失，请保留其他可靠闹钟或单位流程。
五、小组件与 Apple 服务
小组件显示和刷新依赖 WidgetKit、App Group 配置、iOS 调度、可用内存、设备状态和 Apple 系统行为，内容可能延迟或过期。信息重要时请打开 App 核对正式班表。
六、伴侣或家人信息
只有在获得许可并用于合法共同规划时，才能录入他人班表。当前共同休息日计算仅是规划辅助，不保证实际空闲、恢复、睡眠、通勤时间或同意。不得用它监控、施压或暴露他人行动。
七、本地数据、导出、备份与数据丢失
班表数据保存在本地。设备丢失、删除、重置、存储故障、软件缺陷、系统升级、恢复备份或误操作，可能删除、重复、恢复或改变记录。CSV、ICS 和 JSON 文件可能包含敏感班表与备注。用户负责备份、导出目标、文件分享和恢复核对。Qiquverse 无法恢复只存在于设备上的数据。
八、平台分发
班表扫描通过 Apple App Store 分发，并依赖兼容的 Apple 设备、系统软件和 App Store 可用性。使用 Apple 服务还需遵守 Apple 适用的条款与政策。
九、隐私
使用班表扫描同时受《班表扫描隐私政策》约束。请保护工作作息、备注、家人班表、导出文件和备份，不得录入或分享无权使用的信息。
十、可接受使用
不得使用班表扫描侵犯隐私、单位制度、知识产权或法律；骚扰或追踪他人；伪造考勤、工资或正式记录；绕过平台安全；干扰 Apple 服务；或在无权时上传、传播单位班表。
十一、可用性、变更与终止
为改进可靠性、遵守 Apple 要求或法律、维护产品，我们可能增加、更改、暂停或移除功能。我们不承诺每项功能在每台设备、系统版本、语言、图片格式或地区始终可用或不中断。用户可随时停止使用并删除 App。
十二、免责声明
在法律允许的最大范围内，班表扫描按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不保证不中断、无错误、识别准确、通知送达、小组件实时、数据不丢失、共同空闲成立，或适合某个特定工作与规划结果。本协议不排除依法不能排除的权利。
十三、责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，Qiquverse 与开发者不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失、漏班或错班、工作与工资损失、通勤或家庭安排损失、小组件过期、通知未送达、识别错误，或本地与导出数据丢失承担责任。依法不能排除的责任，仅在适用法律允许范围内限制。
十四、协议更新与联系
当 App、Apple 服务、法律要求或支持路径变化时，我们可能更新本协议。页面顶部日期标识当前版本。在法律允许的情况下，更新生效后继续使用即表示接受修订条款。如有问题或支持需求，请联系 [email protected]。
