By using Top Mind, you agree to use the app as a strategy and philosophy reading product and to respect the content and purchase boundaries below.
Editorial Reading Product
Top Mind presents classical Chinese governance and strategy materials through source trails, translations, editorial briefs, dossiers, decision prompts, and audio-ready scripts. It is not exam preparation, credentialing, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, investment advice, or a substitute for professional judgment.
Content Rights
Classical source excerpts are based on public-domain Chinese historical and literary text traditions or public reference pages. English translations, modern strategy briefs, dossiers, prompts, audio scripts, app design, and UI copy are original editorial content of the product. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial product-created editorial content without permission.
Premium Purchases
Top Mind may offer Premium access through Apple StoreKit. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, subscription management, and restore purchases are handled by Apple's App Store. Apple terms and App Store purchase rules apply to those transactions.
Research Preview
Research Preview content is not public release content. It remains excluded from public reader, library, premium archive, daily brief, and audio surfaces until citation collation and editorial review are complete.
Source Boundaries
Top Mind uses Source Ledger notes to describe citation status, source confidence, text availability, and editorial review state. Source boundaries may be updated as public references, translations, or editorial review improve.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the app to infringe intellectual property rights, bypass purchase controls, attack app services, or misrepresent Top Mind content as official historical, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

Premium 购买
Top Mind 可能通过 Apple StoreKit 提供 Premium 访问。购买、续订、取消、退款、订阅管理和恢复购买由 Apple App Store 处理，并适用 Apple 条款和 App Store 购买规则。
Research Preview
Research Preview 内容不是公开发布内容。在 citation collation 和编辑审阅完成前，它不会出现在公开 reader、library、premium archive、daily brief 或 audio surfaces。
