Acceptance and purpose

By using AimLens Camera Translate / 对准译, you accept these terms. AimLens is a camera translation and OCR utility for reading menus, signs, and medicine labels, comparing results with the original, and saving local records.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the images and text you provide, for having permission to record or process another person's material, and for checking important information against the source. Do not use AimLens to record people or documents without the permissions required by law.

Recognition and translation limits

OCR and translation can be affected by lighting, blur, glare, handwriting, layout, language-pack availability, device hardware, and system settings. A result can be incomplete or wrong. Confidence markers are a prompt to check the source, not a guarantee of accuracy. Local records may be lost if the device or app is removed, damaged, reset, or not backed up.

Medicine-label boundary

Pillbox mode is for reading and cross-checking label text only. AimLens does not diagnose, judge medication safety, recommend a dose, or replace a doctor or pharmacist. Do not rely on a translation as a medical decision; verify important information with the package and a qualified professional.

Optional external route

If you explicitly enable a user-configured translation gateway, OCR text and language parameters may be sent to the endpoint you provide after the local path fails. The endpoint is not operated by Qiquverse, and you are responsible for reviewing its terms, security, and retention. AimLens does not send the original image through this fallback.

Apple platform dependencies

AimLens depends on iOS/iPadOS, the camera, Photos, Vision, Apple Translation, local storage, and accessibility APIs. You may deny permissions; in that case the app offers import, sample, or degraded paths where implemented. Features can differ by device, system version, language pair, permissions, and hardware.

Availability, updates, and contact

We may correct, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms when the product, Apple services, or applicable requirements change. Contact [email protected] for support or questions.

用户责任

你应对提供的图片和文字负责，并确保自己有权记录或处理他人的材料。请先取得法律要求的许可，不要在未经许可的情况下录制他人或处理受限制的文档。

识别与翻译限制

光线、模糊、反光、手写、排版、语言包可用性、设备硬件和系统设置都可能影响 OCR 与翻译。结果可能不完整或不准确。置信度标记只是提醒你回看原图，不是准确率保证。设备或 App 被移除、损坏、重置或没有备份时，本地记录可能丢失。

药盒信息边界

药盒模式只用于阅读和核对标签文字。对准译不做诊断、不判断用药安全、不推荐剂量，也不能替代医生或药师。不要把译文当作医疗决定，请以包装和专业人士意见为准。

可选外部路径

如果你主动开启用户配置的翻译网关，本地路径失败后，OCR 文字和语言参数可能发送到你提供的地址。该地址不是 Qiquverse 运营的服务，你应自行查看其条款、安全和保留方式。此回落不会发送原图。

Apple 平台依赖

对准译依赖 iOS/iPadOS、相机、照片、Vision、Apple Translation、本地存储和无障碍 API。你可以拒绝权限；在已实现的路径中，App 会提供导入、示例或降级流程。不同设备、系统版本、语言对、权限和硬件下，功能可能不同。

可用性、更新与联系

当产品、Apple 服务或适用要求发生变化时，我们可能修复、调整、暂停或停止功能，并更新本协议。如需支持或有疑问，请联系 [email protected]。
