Terms of Use
These Terms govern BumpRoad, a free local-first iPhone utility for recording ride context and comparing relative route segments. Use it responsibly and lawfully.
1. Purpose and eligibility
BumpRoad provides personal record-keeping and route-review tools for riders. You are responsible for the routes, notes, exports, and decisions you make using the app, and for respecting applicable laws and other people's privacy.
2. Sensor and measurement limits
Values depend on device hardware, placement, calibration, motion, location availability, system scheduling, and ride conditions. A bump index is a relative personal record, not a certified road-quality measurement, navigation instruction, medical conclusion, or safety guarantee.
3. Location and background behavior
Location is requested for an explicitly started ride and may continue while that ride is active. iOS may limit background callbacks, motion availability, or accuracy. You remain responsible for safe riding and must not operate the app in a way that distracts you.
4. Records, exports, and sharing
You are responsible for local notes, route labels, calibration choices, exported GPX/CSV files, and their recipients. Review an export before sharing; copies saved elsewhere cannot be recalled by BumpRoad.
5. Demo records
Preview records are synthetic and marked. They are not your history, a road authority report, or a promise that your device will produce identical values.
6. Responsible use
Do not use BumpRoad as the sole basis for medical, emergency, legal, road-maintenance, vehicle, employment, tenancy, or other high-consequence decisions. Do not secretly record another person's private route data.
7. Local storage and loss
Records are local by default. Device loss, app deletion, storage failure, user deletion, system changes, or backup behavior may cause loss. Keep exports you need and protect private copies.
8. Free access, updates, and termination
The current V1 is free and has no account, purchase, subscription, advertising, or paywall flow. Qiquverse may update or discontinue features when reasonably necessary and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
9. Apple dependencies and contact
Apple location, motion, storage, share-sheet, and operating-system services may be unavailable or change. To the extent permitted by law, BumpRoad is provided without guarantees that readings, summaries, exports, or local records will be complete or error-free. Contact [email protected].

一、用途与使用资格
BumpRoad 提供个人记录和路线复盘工具。用户对路线、备注、导出文件及使用应用作出的决定负责，也应遵守适用法律并尊重他人隐私。
二、传感器与测量限制
数值会受设备硬件、放置方式、校准、运动、定位可用性、系统调度和骑行环境影响。颠簸指数是个人相对记录，不是认证道路质量测量、导航指令、医疗结论或安全保证。
三、定位与后台行为
定位用于用户明确开始的一程骑行，并可能在骑行处于记录状态时继续。iOS 可能限制后台回调、运动可用性或精度。用户仍需对安全骑行负责，不应以分散注意力的方式操作应用。
四、记录、导出与分享
用户对本地备注、路线标签、校准选择、导出的 GPX/CSV 文件及收件人负责。分享前请检查导出文件；外部保存的副本无法由 BumpRoad 撤回。
五、演示记录
预览记录是合成数据并有标记，不是你的历史、道路管理报告，也不保证你的设备会产生完全相同的数值。
六、负责使用
不要把 BumpRoad 作为医疗、紧急、法律、道路维护、车辆、就业、租赁或其他高风险决定的唯一依据。不得秘密记录他人的私密路线数据。
七、本地存储与数据丢失
记录默认保存在本地。设备丢失、App 删除、存储故障、用户删除、系统变化或备份行为可能造成数据丢失。请保存需要的导出并保护私密副本。
八、免费访问、更新与终止
当前 V1 免费，不要求账号、购买、订阅、广告或付费墙。Qiquverse 可能在合理必要时更新或停止功能，并不保证持续运行。
九、Apple 依赖与联系
Apple 定位、运动、存储、系统分享面板和操作系统服务可能不可用或发生变化。在法律允许范围内，BumpRoad 不保证读数、总结、导出或本地记录完整无误。如有问题，请联系 [email protected]。
