Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of HomeInbox (家事箱), a local-first household task tool for adult family members to unload, clarify, and clearly own household chores. By using HomeInbox, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
HomeInbox is intended for adult household members who can accept these Terms. By using the app you confirm that you are an adult or are using the app with a responsible adult's agreement. Household items and visibility choices are your responsibility.
2. Product Purpose
HomeInbox helps a household turn fleeting worries into clear, actionable items with an explicit owner. It is a coordination and memory-relief tool, not a calendar, project manager, monitoring service, or cloud collaboration platform. Current features are designed to work offline and store data locally on the device.
3. Your Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for the captures, titles, notes, due dates, visibility scopes, assignments, and responsibility history you create. Clarify items with the people involved before treating them as agreed. Do not enter sensitive personal information such as health records, financial details, school records, or confidential work content into ordinary household items. HomeInbox records are household notes, not legal evidence, and Qiquverse does not verify whether a task was completed or whether an assignment was accepted outside the app.
4. Responsibility States and No Reminder Guarantee
An item becomes the responsibility of a person only after that person accepts it within the app. Declines, reassignments, and items needing conversation are shown explicitly rather than silently dropped. The current version does not send push notifications, reminders, or alerts, and no version guarantees that any reminder, status, or record is error-free or delivered on time.
5. Family Use Boundaries
HomeInbox is for agreed household coordination. Do not use it to monitor, surveil, pressure, or score family members. Teen profiles see only items explicitly shared with or assigned to them. Do not create misleading shared items or use visibility settings to deceive others in the household.
6. Apple Platform and Local Storage
HomeInbox depends on Apple frameworks, iOS and iPadOS behavior, device storage, and user permission settings. Local data can be lost through app removal, device loss, storage failure, operating-system changes, or user deletion. Back up the device with iOS if you want to protect local records. Qiquverse does not maintain a copy of your household items.
7. Free Access
All current HomeInbox features are available free of charge. The app has no purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, trials, or advertising. Qiquverse may add features in the future; any paid functionality would be introduced only with updated terms and transparent disclosure.
8. Availability, Updates, and Termination
We may correct defects, change supported system versions, update features, or discontinue availability where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. You may stop using the app at any time and delete local data through the app's deletion controls or by removing the app.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HomeInbox is provided without guarantees that every capture, clarification, assignment, acceptance, status, or record will be complete or error-free. Qiquverse is not responsible for indirect loss caused by forgotten tasks, incomplete clarification, household disagreements, misuse of visibility settings, device failure, lost local data, or reliance on HomeInbox records as proof of responsibility or completion.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms when the app, Apple platform, or legal requirements change. The updated date will change when revised. For questions, contact [email protected].

本条款适用于家事箱（HomeInbox）。家事箱 是一款面向成年家庭成员的本地优先家务工具，用来把怕忘的家事卸下来、澄清清楚并让责任落到明确的人。使用 家事箱 即表示你同意以负责、合法的方式使用。
一、接受条款与使用资格
家事箱 面向能够接受本条款的成年家庭成员。使用 App 即表示你确认自己为成年人，或已在负责的成年人同意下使用。家庭事项与可见范围选择由你负责。
二、产品用途
家事箱 帮助家庭把一闪而过的担忧变成清楚、可执行、有明确责任人的事项。它是协作与记忆减负工具，不是日历、项目管理、监控服务或云协作平台。当前功能为离线设计，数据保存在设备本地。
三、用户内容与责任
用户对创建的一句话记录、标题、备注、期限、可见范围、指派和责任历史负责。在把事项当作双方同意前，请先与相关家人澄清。请勿把健康记录、财务信息、学校内容或机密工作内容等敏感个人信息写进普通家庭事项。家事箱 记录属于家庭便签，不是法律证据；Qiquverse 不核实事项是否完成，也不核实 App 之外的接受是否发生。
四、责任状态与提醒保证
只有对方在 App 内接受后，事项才真正成为其责任。拒绝、转派和需要商量的事项会明确呈现，不会无声消失。当前版本不发送推送通知、提醒或警报；任何版本都不保证提醒、状态或记录完全无误或准时送达。
五、家庭使用边界
家事箱 用于双方同意的家庭协作。不得用它监控、窥视、施压或给家人评分。青少年档案只能看到明确分享或指派给 ta 的事项。不得创建误导性共享事项，也不得用可见范围设置欺骗家庭成员。
六、Apple 平台与本地存储
家事箱 依赖 Apple 框架、iOS 与 iPadOS 行为、设备存储和用户权限设置。本地数据可能因移除 App、设备丢失、存储故障、系统变化或用户删除而丢失。如需保护本地记录，请使用 iOS 备份设备。Qiquverse 不保留你的家庭事项副本。
七、免费使用
家事箱 当前全部功能免费。App 没有购买、订阅、付费墙、试用或广告。未来可能增加功能；任何付费功能只会在更新条款并明确告知后推出。
八、可用性、更新与终止
我们可能在合理必要时修复缺陷、更改支持的系统版本、更新功能或停止提供。我们不保证 App 永不中断或完全无错误。你可随时停止使用，并通过 App 的删除入口或移除 App 删除本机数据。
九、免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许范围内，家事箱 不保证每条记录、澄清、指派、接受、状态或事项完整且无误。对于因遗忘事项、澄清不充分、家庭分歧、可见范围设置误用、设备故障、本地数据丢失，或把 家事箱 记录当作责任或完成证明所造成的间接损失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。
十、条款更新与联系
