Kitchen Rhythm Terms of Use

Acceptance and purpose

By using Kitchen Rhythm, you accept these terms. Kitchen Rhythm is an offline, game-like practice tool for personal entertainment and self-practice. It does not provide professional food-service training, food-safety guidance, certification, or a guarantee of real-world ability.

Eligibility and responsibility

You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for the content and settings you choose. Do not use the app to imply professional qualification. Scores, accuracy, and coach suggestions describe in-app performance only.

Game-like practice and limits

Kitchen Rhythm simulates order reading, build order, fry timing, and pour control in a game context. Results are local practice feedback, not proof of workplace competence or food-safety compliance. Do not rely on the app for restaurant operations, health decisions, or safety procedures.

Apple platform dependencies

Kitchen Rhythm depends on iOS and Apple APIs for local storage, display, sound, haptics, accessibility, and app lifecycle behavior. Features may differ across devices, system versions, and accessibility settings. This release does not use accounts, iCloud, CloudKit, notifications, camera, microphone, contacts, location, speech recognition, or biometrics.

Local data and deletion

Practice history, best scores, preferences, and unfinished drafts stay on your device. You can clear history from Settings & Support or remove the app to normally remove its local container. A device reset, storage failure, or app removal may prevent recovery.

Availability, updates, and termination

We may correct, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. You may stop using the app at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kitchen Rhythm is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, device compatibility, data recovery, or fitness for a particular purpose. Qiquverse is not liable for indirect loss arising from local data loss, device conditions, user choices, or reliance on in-app results outside their entertainment and self-practice scope.

使用资格与责任

你应以合法方式使用 App，并对自己选择的设置和输入内容负责。不要将 App 用于暗示职业资格。分数、准确率和教练建议只描述 App 内表现。

游戏化练习与限制

厨房节奏以游戏方式模拟读单、叠放顺序、炸物火候和饮品灌装。结果是本地练习反馈，不代表工作场所胜任力或食品安全合规。请勿将其用于餐厅运营、健康决策或安全操作依据。

Apple 平台依赖

厨房节奏依赖 iOS 与 Apple API 提供本地存储、显示、声音、触觉、无障碍和应用生命周期能力。不同设备、系统版本和无障碍设置下的表现可能不同。本版本不使用账户、iCloud、CloudKit、通知、相机、麦克风、通讯录、定位、语音识别或生物识别服务。

本地数据与删除

练习历史、最好成绩、偏好和未完成草稿都保存在本机。你可以在“设置与支持”中清除历史，或删除 App 移除其本地容器。设备重置、存储失败或 App 删除可能导致无法恢复。

可用性、更新与停止使用

我们可能修复、调整、暂停或停止功能，并在产品或适用要求变化时更新本协议。你可以随时停止使用 App。

免责声明与责任限制

在法律允许范围内，厨房节奏不保证持续可用、设备兼容、数据一定恢复或适合特定目的。因本地数据丢失、设备状况、用户选择或对 App 内结果在娱乐和自我练习范围之外的依赖造成的间接损失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。
