MoveMinutes Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of MoveMinutes. By configuring or using the app for a child, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or another person authorized to make the relevant family and device decisions.
1. Product Purpose
MoveMinutes is a family wellbeing tool that helps a family agree on a real-world activity and, when supported by Apple system capabilities, exchange completion for one time-limited entertainment-app pass. It is designed for transparent, cooperative boundaries. It is not a surveillance service, punishment system, emergency service, medical device, educational assessment, or guarantee of behavior change.
2. Parent Or Guardian Responsibility
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for choosing age-appropriate activities, durations, daily limits, selected entertainment apps, and safety exceptions; reviewing the rule with the child; supervising physical activity where needed; maintaining device and Screen Time settings; and deciding whether MoveMinutes is appropriate for the family. Do not use the app to replace attentive caregiving or emergency judgment.
3. Apple Authorization And System Limitations
Automatic app selection, shielding, monitoring of activity thresholds, and restoration depend on Apple Family Controls authorization, the Family Controls Distribution entitlement for the app and relevant extensions, iOS behavior, device compatibility, system services, Screen Time settings, authorization state, restarts, time changes, and other conditions outside Qiquverse's control.
Authorization may be denied, revoked, interrupted, or reset. The operating system may delay, change, or prevent enforcement. MoveMinutes cannot guarantee continuous, complete, or absolute blocking, and it should not be relied on as the only way to prevent access to an app, website, purchase, communication, or unsafe content.
4. Preparing Status And Demonstration Mode
MoveMinutes is preparing for release. If production Family Controls entitlement or system capabilities are unavailable, the app may provide a clearly labeled local demonstration of timers, rules, grants, and parent controls. Demonstration mode does not apply a real Screen Time shield and must not be treated as proof that a selected app is blocked.
5. Emergency Access And Safety Paths
Safety takes priority over routine limits. Phone, family messaging, maps, school, health-and-safety paths, and other essential services should remain accessible. Parents are responsible for reviewing the selected apps and using pause, emergency access, recovery, or Apple system controls when necessary. Do not use MoveMinutes in a way that could delay emergency help or isolate a child from a trusted adult.
6. Fair And Respectful Family Use
MoveMinutes must not be used for humiliation, coercion, harassment, retaliation, unlawful control, deprivation of essential services, excessive physical demands, or collection of sensitive child information. Activities should be safe, voluntary, age-appropriate, and reasonable. Progress states and time grants are family tools, not measures of a child's worth, discipline, health, or intelligence.
7. Free Access And No Purchases
Current and planned MoveMinutes features are free. The current product has no subscription, in-app purchase, paid tier, advertising, or data-for-access arrangement. If this model ever changes, these Terms and the product disclosure must be updated before a paid feature is offered; no purchase terms are created by the current app.
8. Local Data, Deletion, And Data Loss
Family agreements, activity sessions, time grants, parent overrides, anonymous daily summaries, and settings are stored locally. Deleting or resetting the app, changing devices, restoring backups, changing system time, revoking authorization, system upgrades, storage failure, or device loss may delete, duplicate, restore, or alter local state. You are responsible for device access and normal backups. Qiquverse cannot recover data that exists only on the device and does not guarantee against data loss.
9. Privacy
Use of MoveMinutes is also governed by the MoveMinutes Privacy Policy. Do not enter or send a child's real name, location, school, Screen Time selections, health details, or other sensitive information unless necessary, lawful, and appropriately authorized.
10. Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to bypass platform security, reverse engineer protected Apple tokens, interfere with Screen Time services, use the app unlawfully, misrepresent demonstration mode as real enforcement, or use MoveMinutes to violate another person's rights. You must comply with applicable law, Apple terms, and device-management rules.
11. Changes, Availability, And Support
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve safety, comply with Apple requirements, address entitlement limitations, or maintain the product. We do not promise that every feature will be available on every device, in every region, or at all times. For support, contact [email protected].
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MoveMinutes is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, fitness for a particular family outcome, continuous Screen Time enforcement, or prevention of all access. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qiquverse and the developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of local records, loss of device access, interrupted Screen Time enforcement, family disputes, or reliance on demonstration mode. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Because the current app is free, no purchase price is available as a contractual measure of damages.
14. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, Apple capabilities, legal requirements, or support paths change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.

本协议适用于 MoveMinutes。为孩子配置或使用本 App，即表示你确认自己是其家长、法定监护人，或有权作出相关家庭与设备决定的人员。
一、产品用途
MoveMinutes 是一款家庭数字健康工具，帮助家庭约定现实活动，并在 Apple 系统能力支持时，将完成活动兑换为一次限时娱乐 App 通行证。产品用于建立透明、合作的边界，不是监控服务、惩罚系统、紧急服务、医疗设备、教育评估，也不保证改变行为。
二、家长或监护人责任
家长或法定监护人负责选择适龄活动、时长、每日上限、娱乐 App 和安全例外；与孩子共同理解规则；在需要时监督身体活动；维护设备与 Screen Time 设置；并判断 MoveMinutes 是否适合自己的家庭。不得用本 App 代替必要的照护或紧急判断。
三、Apple 授权与系统限制
自动选择与限制 App、监测活动阈值和恢复访问，依赖 Apple Family Controls 授权、主 App 与相关扩展的 Family Controls Distribution entitlement、iOS 行为、设备兼容性、系统服务、Screen Time 设置、授权状态、重启、时间变更，以及其他不受 Qiquverse 控制的条件。
授权可能被拒绝、撤销、中断或重置。操作系统可能延迟、更改或阻止限制。MoveMinutes 不能保证连续、完整或绝对屏蔽，也不应作为阻止访问 App、网站、购买、通信或不安全内容的唯一手段。
四、准备状态与演示模式
MoveMinutes 正在准备发布。如果正式 Family Controls entitlement 或系统能力不可用，App 可能提供明确标记的计时、规则、grant 与家长控制本地演示。演示模式不会施加真实 Screen Time shield，不得将其视为所选 App 已被限制的证明。
五、紧急放行与安全路径
安全优先于日常限制。电话、家庭消息、地图、学校、健康安全路径和其他必要服务应保持可访问。家长负责检查所选 App，并在需要时使用暂停、紧急放行、恢复或 Apple 系统控制。不得以可能延误紧急求助或隔离孩子与可信成年人联系的方式使用 MoveMinutes。
六、公平与尊重的家庭使用
不得将 MoveMinutes 用于羞辱、胁迫、骚扰、报复、非法控制、剥夺必要服务、要求过量身体活动或收集儿童敏感信息。活动应安全、自愿、适龄且合理。进度状态和时间通行证是家庭工具，不用于衡量孩子的价值、自律、健康或智力。
七、免费使用与无购买
MoveMinutes 当前及规划功能全部免费。当前产品没有订阅、App 内购买、付费层级、广告或“用数据换使用权”的安排。如果未来模式发生变化，必须在提供付费功能前更新本协议与产品说明；当前 App 不产生任何购买条款。
八、本地数据、删除与数据丢失
家庭协议、活动会话、时间 grant、家长 override、匿名日汇总和设置保存在本地。删除或重置 App、更换设备、恢复备份、改变系统时间、撤销授权、系统升级、存储故障或设备丢失，可能删除、重复、恢复或改变本地状态。用户负责设备访问与正常备份。Qiquverse 无法恢复只存在于设备上的数据，也不承诺不会发生数据丢失。
九、隐私
使用 MoveMinutes 同时受《MoveMinutes 隐私政策》约束。除非确有必要、符合法律且获得适当授权，请勿填写或发送孩子真实姓名、位置、学校、Screen Time 选择、健康明细或其他敏感信息。
十、可接受使用
不得尝试绕过平台安全机制、逆向解析受保护的 Apple token、干扰 Screen Time 服务、违法使用 App、把演示模式冒充真实限制，或使用 MoveMinutes 侵犯他人权利。用户必须遵守适用法律、Apple 条款和设备管理规则。
十一、变更、可用性与支持
为改进安全、遵守 Apple 要求、应对 entitlement 限制或维护产品，我们可能增加、更改、暂停或移除功能。我们不承诺每项功能在每台设备、每个地区或任何时间都可用。如需支持，请联系 [email protected]。
十二、免责声明
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，MoveMinutes 按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不承诺不中断、无错误、适合某个特定家庭结果、Screen Time 限制持续有效，或能够阻止所有访问。本协议不排除依法不能排除的权利或保证。
十三、责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Qiquverse 与开发者不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失、本地记录丢失、设备访问损失、Screen Time 限制中断、家庭争议或依赖演示模式承担责任。依法不能排除的责任，仅在法律允许范围内限制。由于当前 App 免费，不存在可作为合同损害衡量标准的购买价格。
十四、协议更新
当 App、Apple 能力、法律要求或支持路径变化时，我们可能更新本协议。页面顶部日期标识当前版本。在法律允许的情况下，更新生效后继续使用即表示接受修订条款。
