Acceptance
These terms apply to OnceClean Duplicate Photos / 一次清重复照片清理 ("OnceClean"), distributed through the Apple App Store. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms and to the Apple Media Services terms that govern the store. If you do not agree, remove the app.
What OnceClean is
OnceClean is a photo-library audit utility. It scans the photo library you authorize, groups duplicate, similar, burst, screenshot, blurry, and large-video candidates, presents recommendations, and moves the photos you confirm through PhotoKit into iOS Recently Deleted. It is not a backup service, a recovery service, an antivirus tool, a memory cleaner, or a device optimizer, and it makes no promise about how much space you will recover.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the decisions you confirm. Review each group before applying a recommendation, keep a backup of anything you may need later, and make sure you have the right to manage the photos in the library you connect. Do not use the app to modify media you do not own or are not authorized to manage, and do not attempt to bypass the system deletion flow.
Photo library, permissions, and deletion
OnceClean only works with the photo access you grant, and deletion is performed by PhotoKit under the system's Recently Deleted behavior. The recovery window and any permanent deletion are controlled by iOS, not by the app. If you revoke photo access, restrict the library, or use limited access, the app will have less to audit and some workflows will be unavailable. The app never modifies media through any other path.
Purchases, refunds, and restore
The free version audits the full library and limits deletion to 50 photos per scan run. A single lifetime non-consumable purchase unlocks unlimited deletion, recommended batch processing, natural-language filtering, and incremental scanning. There is no subscription to cancel. Apple handles payment, billing, refunds, and purchase restoration; refund requests are decided by Apple under its policies. If your purchase does not appear, use Restore Purchases in the app before contacting support.
Apple platform dependencies
Some behavior depends on iOS, PhotoKit, StoreKit, Shortcuts and App Intents, and the device's own storage reporting. Changing those platform services, permissions, device settings, or the operating system version may change what the app can do. OnceClean has no server-side component, so no network connection is required for its core workflows.
Availability, updates, and termination
OnceClean is provided as is and may be updated, changed, or discontinued. Features and thresholds can change between versions; a one-time purchase covers the app as shipped and updated, not a promise of specific future features. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it, which also removes its local data.
Disclaimers
The app's similarity, quality, and category assessments are estimates produced by on-device analysis. They can be wrong about a specific photo, and a recommendation is not a judgment about your memories or about any legal, medical, or financial matter. Deleted photos remain subject to the system Recently Deleted behavior and its recovery window; the app does not guarantee that a deleted item can be recovered after that window.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Qiquverse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost photos, lost data, or lost storage savings arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

本协议适用于通过 Apple App Store 分发的「一次清重复照片清理」（OnceClean Duplicate Photos，下称「一次清」）。安装或使用本 App 即表示你接受本协议，以及约束该商店的 Apple 媒体服务条款。若不同意，请卸载本 App。
一次清是什么
一次清是一款照片库审计工具：扫描你授权的照片库，把重复、相似、连拍、截图、模糊和大视频候选项分组，给出推荐，并把你确认的照片通过 PhotoKit 移入 iOS「最近删除」。它不是备份服务、不是数据恢复服务、不是杀毒工具、不做内存清理、不做设备优化，也不承诺一定能释放多少空间。
你的责任
你对确认执行的每个决定负责。批量应用推荐前请逐组复核；对以后可能需要的照片请自行保留备份；并确认你有权管理所连接照片库中的媒体。请勿用它修改你不拥有或无权管理的媒体，也不要试图绕过系统删除流程。
照片库、权限与删除
一次清只在你授予的照片权限范围内工作，删除由 PhotoKit 按系统「最近删除」机制执行。恢复窗口以及是否永久删除由 iOS 决定，不由本 App 决定。如果你收回照片权限、限制照片库访问或使用「仅选定照片」，App 可审计的内容会更少，部分流程将不可用。App 不会通过其它任何路径修改媒体。
购买、退款与恢复
免费版本可以审计整个照片库，每次扫描最多删除 50 张。一次买断（非消耗型）解锁不限量删除、推荐批量处理、自然语言筛选和增量扫描，没有需要取消的订阅。付款、计费、退款与购买恢复均由 Apple 处理，退款请求由 Apple 按其政策判定。如果购买没有生效，请先在 App 内使用「恢复购买」，再联系支持。
Apple 平台依赖
部分行为依赖 iOS、PhotoKit、StoreKit、「快捷指令」与 App Intents，以及设备自身的存储统计。上述平台服务、权限、设备设置或系统版本发生变化时，App 能做的事情可能随之变化。一次清没有服务端组件，核心流程不需要网络连接。
可用性、更新与终止
一次清按现状提供，可能被更新、调整或停止维护。功能与阈值可能随版本变化；一次买断覆盖的是当前发布并更新版本的使用权，不构成对特定未来功能的承诺。你可以随时删除 App 停止使用，删除会同时移除其本地数据。
免责说明
App 的相似度、画质与分类判断是基于本机分析的估计结果，可能对某张具体照片判断有误，推荐也不代表对你个人回忆、法律、医疗或财务事项的判断。已删除照片仍受系统「最近删除」机制及恢复窗口约束；超过窗口后，App 不保证仍可恢复。
责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，Qiquverse 不对间接、附带或后果性损失负责，也不对因使用本 App 造成的照片丢失、数据丢失或未达到预期释放空间负责。在责任无法排除的情况下，责任上限为你为本 App 支付的金额。
协议变更
随着 App 变化，本协议可能更新。页面顶部日期即最新修订时间，更新后继续使用表示你接受修订后的协议。
