Overtime Tracker Privacy Policy

Scope and purpose

This policy applies to Overtime Tracker (加班打卡记), a standalone personal iPhone app for general users to record overtime facts. It is not an employer attendance system and does not require affiliation with a company or organization. You can record start and end time, choose on-site, field, or remote mode, optionally capture a one-time location snapshot, add notes and confirmation, attach up to four photos, review calendar statistics, and export or import records. The app does not provide wage, payroll, tax, or legal conclusions.

Data stored on the device

Overtime Tracker stores records locally, including start/end time, mode, optional saved-place settings, recorded coordinates and displayed accuracy, notes, confirmation status, operation/audit log entries, attachment reference names and local copies of photos you choose, app settings, and imported or exported JSON data you select. Derived durations, weekly/monthly totals, and local hash-chain digests are calculated locally. These items are not sent to Qiquverse or a Qiquverse server.

No Qiquverse collection or tracking

The current version has no Qiquverse account system, advertising, analytics SDK, tracking, cloud sync, remote AI, or server backend. The app does not send your records, notes, photos, exports, or settings to Qiquverse.

Apple services and permissions

Location permission is requested only when you explicitly record, set a saved place, or refresh. When you request a map, reverse-geocoded place name, or nearby-place search, Apple Maps and related Apple location services may process the requested coordinates to provide those results under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. The app does not send those requests to Qiquverse or receive a copy of Apple’s service-side data.

Photo selection uses Apple’s PhotosPicker and reads only the photos you select. Camera access is requested only after you choose to take a photo; camera photos and selected attachments remain in the app’s local container. The app does not use photos for face recognition and does not request microphone, contacts, notifications, speech recognition, biometrics, iCloud, or CloudKit access in this release. Export and import use Apple’s share and document-picker interfaces so you decide where files go.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you delete it. You can delete a single record, delete all local records, remove the app, export all records as JSON, and create monthly PDF summaries. Imported JSON is deduplicated by record identifier and merged into the local hash chain. Device backup and restore are controlled by iOS.

Security and changes

Local-first storage reduces exposure but cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a device passcode and keep iOS updated. The hash chain is an integrity aid, not a certification that any record is legally valid. We will update this policy before introducing Qiquverse accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, purchases, or other material data handling by Qiquverse.

适用范围与用途

本政策适用于加班打卡记（Overtime Tracker），一款面向公众的个人 iPhone 加班事实记录 App。它不是雇主考勤系统，不要求加入任何公司或组织。你可以记录开始/结束时间，选择现场、外勤或居家远程模式，可选生成一次性定位快照，添加备注和本人确认，附加最多四张照片，查看日历统计，并导出或导入记录。App 不提供工资、薪酬、个税或法律结论。

保存在设备本地的数据

加班打卡记会在设备本地保存记录，包括开始/结束时间、记录模式、可选的常用地点设置、记录的定位坐标与显示精度、备注、确认状态、操作/审计日志、你选择的附件引用名与照片副本、应用设置，以及你选择导入或导出的 JSON 数据。时长、周/月汇总和本地哈希链摘要由本地计算。这些内容不会发送给 Qiquverse 或 Qiquverse 服务器。

不由 Qiquverse 收集或追踪

当前版本没有 Qiquverse 账户、广告、统计 SDK、追踪、云同步、远程 AI 或服务器后端。App 不会把你的记录、备注、照片、导出文件或设置发送给 Qiquverse。

Apple 服务与权限

定位权限只在你主动记录、设置常用地点或刷新时请求。当你请求地图、反向地理编码地名或附近地点搜索时，Apple 地图及相关 Apple 定位服务可能按照 Apple 自己的条款和隐私政策处理所请求的坐标，以提供这些结果。App 不会把这些请求发送给 Qiquverse，也不会收到 Apple 服务端数据副本。

照片选择使用 Apple 的 PhotosPicker，只读取你选择的照片。只有在你主动选择拍照后才会请求相机权限；相机照片和选中的附件保存在 App 本地容器中。App 不会将照片用于人脸识别，本版本不请求麦克风、通讯录、通知、语音识别、生物识别、iCloud 或 CloudKit 权限。导出和导入使用 Apple 的分享与文件选择界面，由你决定文件去向。

保留与删除

本地数据会保留到你主动删除。你可以删除单条记录、删除全部本地记录、删除 App、导出全部 JSON 数据并生成月度 PDF 汇总。导入的 JSON 会按记录 ID 去重并合并进本地哈希链。设备备份和恢复由 iOS 控制。

安全与变更

只在本地保存可以降低暴露风险，但不能保证绝对安全。请使用设备密码并保持 iOS 更新。哈希链只是完整性辅助，不代表任何记录在法律上必然有效。如果未来由 Qiquverse 加入账户、云同步、统计、广告、购买或其他重要数据处理方式，我们会在上线前更新本政策。
