RotaLens Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy applies to RotaLens (班表核), a local-first app that helps hourly workers — especially nurses and care staff — turn rota screenshots into checkable shifts and estimate pay using their own rules. The app never uploads rota images, recognized text, employer details, or pay amounts.

Data and local storage

The current version stores the following on the device: rota images you choose (the original and any crop you confirm), text recognized by on-device OCR together with its confidence anchors, confirmed shifts, your versioned pay rules, pay periods, the actual gross pay you enter, export records and temporary export files, and anonymous local counters that are opt-in only. All of it is stored with Apple's local data framework (SwiftData) and the app's local container, and it never leaves the device. The current version has no cloud sync.

No data collection

RotaLens has no account system, no advertising, no analytics upload, no tracking SDK, no server processing, and no third-party code in this release. Qiquverse does not receive rota images, recognized text, employer names, shift records, or amounts. The current version makes no network requests; text recognition runs entirely on the device with Apple's Vision framework.

Permissions

Permissions are requested only when a feature is used, never at launch. Camera access is requested only when you take a photo of a rota. Photo selection uses the system PhotosPicker and only reads the photo you choose. PDF and file import uses the system document picker. Calendar access is requested only when you enable calendar export for confirmed shifts. Notification permission is requested only for local reminders about drafts and pay periods and can be turned off at any time.

Third-party services and purchases

The current version uses no third-party services, no analytics provider, and no advertising network. RotaLens is free and has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, trials, or paid content. Apple operates the App Store and handles distribution.

Children

RotaLens is not designed for children and does not target them. It is intended for users of legal working age who are checking their own shifts and pay.

Retention and deletion

Data remains on the device until you delete it. Deleting a rota source keeps already-confirmed shifts when the app can preserve their fact fields. The "delete all data" action requires a typed confirmation and offers export first. Deleting the app normally removes its local container. Back up the device with iOS to avoid data loss.

Security and changes

Local-only storage limits exposure, but no system can guarantee absolute security; keep the device passcode enabled. This policy will be updated before adding accounts, cloud sync, analytics, ads, subscriptions, remote AI, or server processing.

适用范围

本政策适用于班表核（RotaLens），一款帮助小时工——尤其是护士和护理员——把排班截图转成可核对班次、并按自己的规则估算工资的本地优先 App。本 App 绝不会上传排班原图、识别文字、雇主信息或工资金额。

数据与本地存储

当前版本在设备本地保存以下数据：你选择的排班图片（原图及确认后的裁剪图）、端侧 OCR 识别出的文字及其置信度锚点、已确认的班次、版本化的工资规则、工资期、你录入的实付税前金额、导出记录与临时导出文件，以及可选的匿名本地计数器。以上数据使用 Apple 本地数据框架（SwiftData）和 App 本地容器保存，不会离开设备。当前版本没有云同步。

不收集数据

本版本没有账户、广告、分析上传、追踪 SDK、服务器处理或第三方代码。Qiquverse 不会收到排班原图、识别文字、雇主名称、班次记录或金额。当前版本不发起任何网络请求；文字识别使用 Apple Vision 框架在设备本地完成。

权限

权限只在使用对应功能时申请，绝不在启动时批量请求。只有拍摄排班照片时才申请相机权限。选择照片使用系统 PhotosPicker，只读取你选择的那一张。PDF 与文件导入使用系统文件选择器。只有开启确认班次写入系统日历时才申请日历权限。只有用于排班草稿和工资期本地提醒时才申请通知权限，且可随时关闭。

第三方服务与购买

当前版本不使用第三方服务、分析服务商或广告网络。班表核完全免费，没有内购、订阅、试用或付费内容。App Store 由 Apple 运营并负责分发。

儿童

班表核不是面向儿童的产品，也不以儿童为目标用户；它面向有合法工作年龄、需要核对本人班次与工资的用户。

保留与删除

数据保存在设备上，直到你删除。删除排班来源时，如果 App 能保留已确认班次的事实字段，会保留这些班次。「删除全部数据」需要输入确认短语，且可先导出。删除 App 通常会移除其本地容器。请使用 iOS 备份设备，避免数据丢失。

安全与变更

本地存储可以降低暴露风险，但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全，请保持设备密码开启。若未来加入账户、云同步、统计、广告、订阅、远程 AI 或服务器处理，我们会在发布前更新本政策。
