RotaLens Terms of Use

Acceptance and purpose

By using RotaLens, you accept these terms. RotaLens is a free, offline tool for hourly workers to turn rota screenshots into checkable shifts and estimate pay with rules they control. It is not a payroll system, a tax calculator, or a legal service, and it does not contact employers.

Who may use it

RotaLens is intended for users of legal working age who are checking their own shifts and pay. It is not designed for children.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and confirm. Review OCR drafts against the real rota before saving, and keep your own rules up to date. Do not use RotaLens to store unlawful content, and do not rely on it as an authoritative payslip, tax, or legal record.

Product-specific limits

Text recognition depends on image quality, layout, and language and may misread dates, times, or amounts; every key field is editable and low-confidence fields are highlighted. All amounts are estimates based on rules you set — they are not official pay, do not include tax, and do not represent a legal conclusion. Night and weekend stacking is a user choice and varies by workplace. Local data can be lost if the device or app is deleted, damaged, reset, or not backed up.

Apple platform dependencies

RotaLens depends on iOS and Apple services for local storage, the Vision framework, camera and photo selection, PDF import, calendar export, and local notifications. Features may behave differently across devices and system versions, and you may deny any permission in system settings.

Availability and updates

Features may be corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, RotaLens is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, recognition accuracy, calculation correctness, or data recovery. Qiquverse is not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on estimates, denied permissions, changed rules, or unprotected local data.

接受与用途

使用班表核即表示你接受本协议。班表核是一款免费、离线的工具，帮助小时工把排班截图转成可核对班次，并按自己控制的规则估算工资。它不是薪资系统、个税计算器或法律服务，也不会联系雇主。

谁可以使用

班表核面向有合法工作年龄、需要核对本人班次与工资的用户，不是面向儿童的产品。

用户责任

你对自己录入和确认的内容准确性负责。保存前请对照真实排班核对 OCR 草稿，并保持规则更新。不得使用班表核存储违法内容，也不得把它当作权威工资单、税务或法律记录。

产品限制

文字识别依赖图片质量、版式和语言，可能误读日期、时间或金额；所有关键字段都可编辑，低置信度字段会高亮。所有金额都是按你设置的规则估算的结果——不是官方实付、不含个税、不构成法律结论。夜班与周末的叠加方式由你选择，各工作单位做法不同。设备或 App 被删除、损坏、重置或未备份时，本地数据可能丢失。

Apple 平台依赖

班表核依赖 iOS 与 Apple 服务提供本地存储、Vision 框架、相机与相册选择、PDF 导入、日历导出和本地通知。不同设备和系统版本上功能可能有所不同，你可以在系统设置中拒绝任何权限。

可用性与更新

功能可能被修正、变更、暂停或停止。当产品或适用要求变化时，我们可能更新本协议。

免责与责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，班表核按「现状」提供，不对持续可用性、识别准确率、计算正确性或数据恢复作任何保证。Qiquverse 不对因依赖估算结果、权限被拒绝、规则变更或未受保护的本地数据而产生的间接损失承担责任。
