Acceptance and purpose

By using Yuna, you accept these terms. Yuna is a personal period, symptom, mood, and wellbeing journal intended for users able to manage their own device and health decisions.

No medical advice

Yuna is not a medical device or healthcare provider. Predictions, trends, constitution references, and guidance are general observations and may be inaccurate. Do not use Yuna as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment, contraception, fertility, pregnancy, medication, or emergency decisions. Seek qualified care when needed.

User responsibility

You are responsible for lawful and accurate entries, protecting your device and exported backups, reviewing notification privacy, and verifying information before acting. Do not misuse the app to harm others or store unlawful content.

Platform and feature limits

Voice recognition, biometrics, notifications, location, Maps, Messages, and sharing depend on iOS, permissions, connectivity, device capability, and Apple services. They may be unavailable or inaccurate. Local data may be lost if the device or app is deleted, damaged, reset, or not backed up.

Availability and updates

Features may be corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yuna is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, prediction accuracy, medical outcomes, or data recovery. Qiquverse is not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on references, denied permissions, third-party services, or unprotected local backups.

月小安用户协议

使用月小安即表示接受本协议。月小安是个人经期、症状、情绪和健康记录工具，适合能够自行管理设备和健康决策的用户。

非医疗建议

月小安不是医疗器械或医疗机构。周期预测、趋势、体质参考和建议可能存在偏差，不得作为诊断、治疗、避孕、备孕、怀孕、用药或急救决策的唯一依据；必要时请咨询专业医疗人员。

用户责任

用户应合法、准确地记录信息，保护设备和导出备份，注意通知隐私，并在采取行动前核实信息。不得利用 App 伤害他人或保存违法内容。

平台与功能限制

语音识别、生物识别、通知、定位、地图、短信和分享功能依赖 iOS、权限、网络、设备能力及 Apple 服务，可能不可用或不准确。删除、损坏或重置设备或 App，且没有备份时，本地数据可能丢失。

可用性与更新

我们可能修复、调整、暂停或停止功能，并在产品或适用要求变化时更新本协议。

免责声明与责任限制

在法律允许范围内，月小安不保证持续可用、预测准确、产生医疗结果或一定恢复数据。因依赖参考信息、权限被拒、第三方服务或未妥善保护本地备份造成的间接损失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。
