VoiceNotes Terms of Use

Acceptance
By installing or using VoiceNotes, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. These terms apply to the current free release, which has no accounts, advertising, third-party analytics, or in-app purchases.
License and ownership
We grant you a limited, revocable license to use VoiceNotes on Apple-authorized devices under the App Store terms. Qiquverse retains rights in the app, name, interface, and related materials. You retain responsibility and rights in your recordings, transcripts, summaries, edits, and exports.
Authorized recording
You must use VoiceNotes lawfully and only record material you are permitted to capture. A consent reminder appears before or during recording, but it is not legal advice and does not replace your responsibility to obtain consent, give required notices, or follow local law. Do not secretly record private conversations or use the app to harass, threaten, infringe rights, or distribute unlawful content.
AI output and professional reliance
On-device transcription and summaries are assistive. They may omit words, misunderstand speech or accents, misidentify speakers, or draw incomplete action items. Review the audio or transcript before relying on a summary. VoiceNotes does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, compliance, or other professional advice.
Local data and backups
Recordings, transcripts, summaries, and settings are stored locally in the current release. Keep a device backup if the information matters to you. Deleting a session removes its audio, transcript, and summary in the app. A device reset, storage failure, denied permission, or app removal may prevent recovery. Exported or shared copies are your responsibility.
Apple platform dependencies
VoiceNotes depends on iOS and Apple frameworks for microphone access, on-device speech recognition, storage, accessibility, sharing, and PDF output. Features may vary by device, system version, language, available on-device models, permissions, and settings.
Acceptable use and export
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, remove legal notices, or represent an AI-generated summary as a certified or complete record. If you share exported text, PDF, or audio, you are responsible for that disclosure, its recipients, and its consequences.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as-is and features may change or be discontinued. We may update the app and these terms to fix defects, improve features, respond to platform or legal requirements, or clarify product behavior.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, VoiceNotes is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, transcription accuracy, summary quality, data recovery, or fitness for a particular purpose. Qiquverse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on AI output, denied permissions, local data loss, device conditions, user content, or sharing outside the app.

授权录音
你必须合法使用本 App，只录制你被允许录制的内容。App 会在录音前或录音过程中显示同意提醒，但这不是法律建议，也不能替代你征得同意、作出必要提示或遵守当地法律的责任。不得秘密录制私人谈话，也不得用于骚扰、威胁、侵犯权利或传播违法内容。
AI 输出与专业依赖
设备内转写和摘要是辅助结果，可能漏词、误解语音或口音、混淆说话人或遗漏行动项。依赖摘要前请核对录音或转写。VoiceNotes 不提供法律、医疗、财务、雇佣、合规或其他专业建议。
本地数据与备份
当前版本的录音、转写、摘要和设置保存在本机。如内容重要，请保留设备备份。删除会话会移除其中的音频、转写和摘要。设备重置、存储故障、权限被拒或移除 App 可能导致无法恢复。导出或分享后的副本由你负责。
Apple 平台依赖
VoiceNotes 依赖 iOS 和 Apple 框架提供麦克风、设备内语音识别、存储、无障碍、分享和 PDF 输出能力。实际功能可能因设备、系统版本、语言、可用设备内模型、权限和设置不同。
正当使用与导出
不得滥用 App、破坏其运行、移除法律声明，或把 AI 摘要当作完整、认证或正式记录。如果你分享导出的文本、PDF 或音频，相关披露、接收人和后果由你负责。
可用性与变更
App 按现状提供，功能可能调整或停止。我们可为修复缺陷、改进功能、响应平台或法律要求、澄清产品行为而更新 App 和本协议。
免责与责任限制
在法律允许范围内，VoiceNotes 不保证持续可用、转写准确、摘要质量、数据恢复或适用于特定用途。Qiquverse 对因依赖 AI 输出、权限被拒、本地数据丢失、设备状况、用户内容或 App 外分享造成的间接或后果性损失不承担责任。
