For help, email [email protected] with your device model, iOS version, app version, and steps to reproduce. Do not send private locations or identifying records unless they are necessary.
Sensor unavailable
Retry the sensor, move away from magnets and metal accessories, or enable the clearly labeled demo mode on unsupported hardware or Simulator.
Reading changed unexpectedly
Keep the phone orientation and distance steady, avoid known magnetic objects, move slowly, and repeat the observation from another direction. A change is a clue, not a diagnosis or safety verdict.
Local history
Completed summaries are stored on the device. Use the Records tab to review or delete entries. Removing the app or clearing its local storage can remove local records.

完成的摘要保存在设备本机。可以在记录页查看或删除；移除 App 或清除本地存储可能会删除本地记录。
