Terms of Use
These Terms govern BaroLog, a free local-first iPhone and iPad utility for pressure, altitude, observations, and hikes. Use it responsibly and lawfully.
1. Purpose and eligibility
BaroLog provides consumer context and record-keeping tools. You are responsible for applicable laws, workplace or property rules, and the instructions of people whose data or environment you record.
2. Measurement and health limits
Pressure, altitude, station context, and sample timing depend on hardware, calibration, Apple services, permissions, network, and system scheduling. Personal observations and relationship reports are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prediction, or proof of causation.
3. Location, WeatherKit, and speech
Location, station context, and speech are optional. WeatherKit, Core Motion, Speech, WatchConnectivity, WidgetKit, and background scheduling may be unavailable or limited. Manual logging remains the speech fallback.
4. Records, exports, and sharing
You are responsible for labels, notes, calibration choices, local data, exports, and recipients. Review CSV/PDF before sharing; copies sent elsewhere may contain sensitive context and cannot be recalled by BaroLog.
5. Demo data
Preview records are synthetic and marked. They are not your history, medical evidence, weather evidence, or a promise of real sensor values.
6. Responsible use
Do not use BaroLog as the sole basis for medical, emergency, aviation, navigation, weather-warning, employment, tenancy, or other high-consequence decisions. Do not secretly record private information or present an estimate as a certified measurement.
7. Local storage and loss
Records are local by default. Device loss, app deletion, storage failure, system changes, user deletion, or backup behavior may cause loss. Keep exports you need and protect private copies.
8. Current access, updates, and termination
Current V1 is free and has no account, purchase, subscription, advertising, or paywall flow. Qiquverse may update or discontinue features when reasonably necessary and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
9. Disclaimers and contact
To the extent permitted by law, BaroLog is provided without guarantees that readings, reports, exports, Widget/Watch snapshots, or local records will be complete or error-free. Contact [email protected].

四、记录、导出与分享
用户对标签、备注、校准、本地数据、导出文件和收件人负责。分享 CSV/PDF 前请检查内容；外部副本可能含敏感背景，气压本无法撤回。
五、演示数据
预览记录是合成数据并有标记，不是用户历史、医疗证据、天气证据或真实传感器数值承诺。
六、负责使用
不要把气压本作为医疗、紧急、航空、导航、天气预警、就业、租赁或其他高风险决定的唯一依据。不得秘密记录他人私密信息，也不得把估算误称为认证测量。
七、本地存储与数据丢失
记录默认保存在本地。设备丢失、App 删除、存储故障、系统变化、用户删除或备份行为可能造成数据丢失。请保留需要的导出并保护私密副本。
八、当前访问、更新与终止
当前 V1 免费，不要求账号、购买、订阅、广告或付费墙。Qiquverse 可能在合理必要时更新或停止功能，并不保证持续运行。
九、免责声明与联系
在法律允许范围内，气压本不保证读数、报告、导出、小组件/手表快照或本地记录完整无误。如有问题，请联系 [email protected]。
