Terms of Use
These Terms govern BaroLog, a free local-first iPhone and iPad utility for pressure, altitude, personal observations, and hike records. By using BaroLog, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.
1. Purpose and eligibility
BaroLog provides consumer context and record-keeping tools. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, workplace or property rules, and the instructions of people whose data or environment you record.
2. Measurement and health limits
Barometric pressure, relative altitude, fused altitude, station context, and sample timing depend on device hardware, calibration, Apple services, permissions, network, and system scheduling. Personal observations and relationship reports are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prediction, or proof of causation.
3. Location, WeatherKit, and speech
Location, station context, and speech input are optional. Use them only after understanding the permission prompt. WeatherKit, Core Motion, Speech, WatchConnectivity, WidgetKit, and iOS background scheduling are Apple platform dependencies and may be unavailable or limited. The manual form remains the complete fallback for speech.
4. Records, exports, and sharing
You are responsible for labels, notes, calibration choices, local data, exported files, and recipients. Review CSV/PDF content before sharing. A copy sent to another app, cloud service, or person may contain sensitive context and cannot be recalled by BaroLog.
5. Demo data
Demonstration records used in preview or screenshots are synthetic and marked. They are not your history, medical evidence, weather evidence, or a promise of real sensor values. Remove demo data before relying on a production timeline.
6. Responsible use
Do not use BaroLog as a sole basis for medical, emergency, aviation, navigation, weather-warning, employment, tenancy, or other high-consequence decisions. Do not secretly record another person's private information or misrepresent an app estimate as a certified measurement.
7. Local storage and loss
Records are stored locally by default. Device loss, app deletion, storage failure, operating-system changes, user deletion, or backup behavior may cause data loss. Keep any export you need and protect copies containing private information.
8. Current access, updates, and termination
Current V1 is free and has no account, purchase, subscription, advertising, or paywall flow. Qiquverse may fix defects, change supported systems, update features, or discontinue availability when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimers and contact
To the extent permitted by law, BaroLog is provided without guarantees that readings, sample intervals, reports, exports, Widget/Watch snapshots, or local records will be complete or error-free. 一、用途与使用资格
气压本提供日常参考和记录工具。用户应遵守适用法律、工作或物业规则，以及被记录信息或环境相关人员的合理要求。
二、测量与健康限制
气压、相对海拔、融合海拔、站点上下文和采样时间会受到设备硬件、校准、Apple 服务、权限、网络和系统调度影响。身体感受与关系报告不是医疗建议、诊断、治疗、预测，也不是因果证明。
三、定位、WeatherKit 与语音
定位、站点上下文和语音输入都是可选的。只有理解权限说明后才使用。WeatherKit、Core Motion、Speech、WatchConnectivity、WidgetKit 和 iOS 后台调度都依赖 Apple 平台，可能不可用或受限。语音不可用时，手动表单始终是完整替代路径。
四、记录、导出与分享
用户对标签、备注、校准选择、本地数据、导出文件和收件人负责。分享 CSV/PDF 前请检查内容。发送至其他 App、云服务或个人的副本可能包含敏感背景，气压本无法撤回。
五、演示数据
预览或截图中的演示记录是合成数据并有标记，不是用户历史、医疗证据、天气证据或真实传感器数值承诺。依赖生产时间线前请先移除演示数据。
六、负责使用
不要把气压本作为医疗、紧急、航空、导航、天气预警、就业、租赁或其他高风险决定的唯一依据。不得秘密记录他人私密信息，也不得把应用估算误称为认证测量。
七、本地存储与数据丢失
记录默认保存在本地。设备丢失、App 删除、存储故障、系统变化、用户删除或备份行为可能造成数据丢失。请保留需要的导出，并保护含私密信息的副本。
八、当前访问、更新与终止
当前 V1 免费，不要求账号、购买、订阅、广告或付费墙。Qiquverse 可能在合理必要时修复缺陷、更改支持系统、更新功能或停止提供，并不保证持续或完全无错误运行。
九、免责声明与联系
在法律允许范围内，气压本不保证读数、采样区间、报告、导出、小组件/手表快照或本地记录完整且无误。对于只依据估算作出的决定、分享副本、设备故障或本地数据丢失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。如有问题，请联系 [email protected]。
