DoorReady Terms of Use
These Terms govern DoorReady (出门就绪), a local departure-routine tool for caregivers and children. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and to review the plan and final check for your own family.
1. Product purpose and eligibility
DoorReady helps a caregiver set a departure time, guide a child through visible steps, respond to a changing morning, and finish a factual ready check. It is not a medical, educational, legal, transportation, or emergency service. A responsible caregiver must supervise use and decide whether each step is appropriate.
2. Your routine content
You are responsible for the routine, step text, planned durations, required-step choices, final-check items, and any exported file you create. Do not enter sensitive information that is not needed for the departure plan. Do not use the app to shame, threaten, punish, diagnose, or publicly compare a child.
3. Time, plan, and reminder limits
Departure calculations are planning aids, not guarantees. Actual preparation time, device time, notification delivery, battery state, accessibility settings, and system behavior can differ. A local reminder may be delayed or absent if permission is denied, the device is unavailable, or Apple's notification service does not deliver it. Manual start remains the fallback.
4. Required steps and caregiver control
The app protects steps marked required within its plan adjustment logic, but the caregiver remains responsible for checking the result and the real-world situation. Help, pause, and caregiver takeover are available controls; the app does not replace adult supervision.
5. Local storage and deletion
Routine data is stored locally by the app. You may export or delete it from the caregiver area, or stop using and remove the app. Local data can be lost through device loss, storage failure, app removal, system changes, or backup behavior. Keep copies only where you have a safe and lawful reason to do so.
6. Apple platform and permissions
DoorReady depends on iOS/iPadOS, Apple device storage, SwiftData, and optional UserNotifications permission. Apple controls its platform services and settings. DoorReady does not promise uninterrupted operation or notification delivery.
7. Availability, updates, and contact
Qiquverse may correct defects, update the app, change supported system versions, or discontinue availability when reasonably necessary. Questions or support requests can be sent to [email protected]. Do not send private child or family content unless it is necessary and you have permission.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, DoorReady is provided as a planning and guidance tool without a promise that a family will leave by a particular time or that every stored record will be complete. Qiquverse is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on a plan, reminder, device, or local record when real-world judgment was required.
出门就绪使用条款
本条款适用于出门就绪（DoorReady），一款面向照护者和孩子的本地出门准备流程工具。使用 App 即表示你同意负责地使用，并为家庭检查流程和最后检查结果。
一、产品用途与使用资格
出门就绪帮助照护者设定出门时间，引导孩子完成可见步骤，应对早晨变化，并完成事实性的准备检查。它不是医疗、教育、法律、交通或紧急服务。负责的照护者必须监督使用，并决定每个步骤是否适合家庭。
二、你的流程内容
你对创建的流程、步骤文字、预计时长、必做标记、最后检查项目及导出文件负责。请勿输入出门准备流程不需要的敏感信息，也不要使用 App 羞辱、威胁、惩罚、诊断或公开比较孩子。
三、时间、流程与提醒边界
出门计算是规划参考，不是保证。真实准备时间、设备时间、通知送达、电量、无障碍设置和系统行为都可能不同。拒绝权限、设备不可用或 Apple 通知服务未送达时，本地提醒可能延迟或缺失；手动开始仍然可用。
四、必做步骤与照护者控制
流程调整逻辑会保护标记为必做的步骤，但照护者仍需检查结果和现实情况。App 提供求助、暂停和照护者接管控制，不替代成人监督。
五、本地保存与删除
流程数据由 App 保存在本机。你可以在照护者区域导出或删除，也可以停止使用并移除 App。本地数据可能因设备丢失、存储故障、移除 App、系统变化或备份行为而丢失。请只在有安全、合法理由时保留副本。
六、Apple 平台与权限
出门就绪依赖 iOS/iPadOS、Apple 设备存储、SwiftData 和可选的 UserNotifications 权限。Apple 负责其平台服务和设置。出门就绪不保证始终可用或通知一定送达。
七、可用性、更新与联系
Qiquverse 可能在合理必要时修复缺陷、更新 App、更改支持的系统版本或停止提供。如需支持，请联系 [email protected]。除非确有必要且你有权提供，请勿发送孩子或家庭私密内容。
八、免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许范围内，出门就绪作为规划和引导工具提供，不承诺家庭一定在某个时间出门，也不承诺每条记录都完整无误。若现实情况需要判断，却仅依赖流程、提醒、设备或本地记录而造成间接损失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。
