Three vitality rings
Focus Depth, Muscle Agility and Chroma Zen track separate training families; the home screen says which ring is weakest today and how many seconds are missing.
Turn "look away for 20 seconds" into a ritual you actually keep: a 20-20-20 rhythm, seven focused training modes, TrueDepth gaze feedback, plus ambient-light and safety gates. It is not a medical device, does not shorten the eye axis, does not reduce true myopia, and does not replace an eye exam or glasses.

Depth Spring, Smooth Pursuit, Focus Shifter, Chroma Zen, Brock String, Aperture Fusion and Autostereogram. Each segment stays under 60 seconds and a combination under 150 seconds.
When you start a session, the front TrueDepth camera computes gaze position in memory to drive light and sound feedback. Frames are not saved, not uploaded, and released when you exit.
Below 50 lux the session is blocked with a prompt to turn on the light. The reading is an estimate, and close work in a dark room should not happen at all.
First use requires reading the disclosure and completing a seven-item contraindication screen. Absolute contraindications lead to a seek-care notice instead of training.
Streaks, ring progress, mode distribution and trends are computed on device; deleting the last record returns an honest empty state instead of seeded demo data.
Open the home screen, start the recommended ritual, close the rings in about two minutes, then get back to work.
A guardian walks through the safety screen first, then a low-stimulation mode such as Smooth Pursuit runs a short session.
OptiFlex blocks the session when ambient light is too low and asks you to turn on a light instead of doing close work in the dark.
The analytics page shows daily ring completion, mode distribution and streak, all from local records.
No. True myopia is irreversible. OptiFlex does not shorten the eye axis, reduce a prescription, or replace an eye exam or glasses.
No. TrueDepth data is used only in memory to compute gaze position, is not written to storage, is not uploaded, and is released when the session ends. Photo access is add-only for highlight cards you choose to save.
