PatLock Terms of Use

Acceptance

By using PatLock, you agree to these Terms. If you use the app for a family or a child's device, you confirm that you have the necessary guardianship, authorization, or device management rights.

Purpose

PatLock provides family screen-time tools, app locks, remote lock and unlock actions, geofences, usage reports, and household rules. It helps families create clearer device boundaries; it does not replace parenting, education, communication, or professional advice.

User responsibility

You must use PatLock lawfully, transparently, and reasonably. Do not use it to track, harass, coercively control, or manage another person's device without authorization, or to violate local law, Apple platform rules, or family members' rights.

Parent responsibility

Parents should set rules based on the child's age, wellbeing, daily needs, and applicable law. Restrictions should remain explainable, adjustable, and paired with appropriate family communication.

Platform dependencies

Some features depend on Apple Family Controls, Screen Time, iCloud, notifications, location services, Face ID, or device passcodes. System versions, permissions, network status, iCloud availability, or Apple service changes may affect functionality.

Purchases and refunds

If PatLock offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, pricing, trials, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Apple App Store purchase flow and Apple policies. Deleting the app may not cancel a subscription.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PatLock stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed because of system capabilities, compliance requirements, or product planning.

Disclaimer

PatLock is a family digital-life tool. It cannot guarantee that every bypass, misuse, device issue, or family conflict will be prevented. Users remain responsible for judging whether settings fit their household.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qiquverse is not liable for indirect losses caused by user settings, disabled permissions, third-party service issues, Apple platform changes, network issues, or unlawful use.

Termination

Users may stop using PatLock, delete the app, or cancel subscriptions at any time. If users violate these Terms or abuse the service, we may limit support or service access where legally permitted.

使用 PatLock 家长锁即表示你同意本用户协议。若你代表家庭或孩子设备使用本 App，你确认自己拥有必要的监护权、授权或设备管理权限。

服务用途

PatLock 提供家庭屏幕时间、应用锁、远程锁定与解锁、地理围栏、用量报告和家庭规则工具。它用于帮助家庭建立更清晰的设备使用边界，而不是替代监护、教育、沟通或专业建议。

用户责任

用户应在合法、透明和合理的场景中使用 PatLock，不得将其用于跟踪、骚扰、强迫控制、未经授权管理他人设备，或违反当地法律、Apple 平台规则和家庭成员权益的行为。

家长责任

家长应根据孩子年龄、身心状态、学习生活需要和当地法律设置规则。任何限制策略都应保持可解释、可调整，并与必要的家庭沟通配合使用。

平台依赖与限制

PatLock 的部分功能依赖 Apple Family Controls、Screen Time、iCloud、通知、位置服务、Face ID 或设备密码。系统版本、权限状态、网络环境、iCloud 状态或 Apple 服务变化都可能影响功能表现。

付费、订阅与退款

如 PatLock 提供内购或订阅，价格、试用、续费、取消和退款以 Apple App Store 购买页面及 Apple 政策为准。用户应在 Apple ID 订阅管理中取消订阅；卸载 App 不一定会自动取消订阅。

可用性与变更

我们会努力保持 PatLock 稳定可用，但不保证服务永远不中断或完全无错误。我们可能根据系统能力、合规要求或产品规划调整、暂停或移除部分功能。

免责声明

PatLock 是家庭数字生活辅助工具，不保证一定能阻止所有绕过、误用、设备故障或家庭冲突。用户仍需自行判断设置是否适合自己的家庭情况。

责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，Qiquverse 不对因用户设置不当、权限关闭、第三方服务故障、Apple 平台变化、网络问题或违法使用造成的间接损失承担责任。

终止

用户可以随时停止使用 PatLock、删除 App 或取消订阅。若用户违反本协议或滥用服务，我们可以在法律允许范围内限制相关支持或服务。
