Qiantu Terms of Use

Acceptance

By using Qiantu, you agree to these Terms. Qiantu is currently preparing for App Store release, and this page may be updated with the production version.

Purpose

Qiantu supports income-goal planning, task breakdowns, action reviews, reminders, and AI-assisted thinking. It helps users organize direction and execution rhythm, but it does not replace professional advisors, employers, lawyers, accountants, investment advisors, or mental-health professionals.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the goals, plans, information, and actions they enter or take. Do not enter unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or unauthorized information, and do not treat AI output as guaranteed to be correct.

AI output limitations

AI-generated content may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for the user's actual situation. Users should verify important information and consult qualified professionals for financial, tax, legal, career, or health-related decisions.

Third-party APIs and costs

If users configure their own third-party AI API, they must follow that provider's terms and are responsible for costs, quota, key management, and usage risk. Qiquverse does not control third-party outages, pricing changes, or output quality.

No income guarantee

Qiantu does not promise increased income, clients, employment, business success, exam results, or any specific outcome. Planning tools can assist execution, but results depend on the user's abilities, environment, resources, and market changes.

Payments and App Store

If Qiantu offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, pricing, trials, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Apple App Store purchase page and Apple policies.

Availability and changes

We may adjust AI features, templates, reminders, data structures, and product scope. Users should back up important plans and understand that features may change during preparation or early releases.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qiquverse is not liable for indirect losses caused by user decisions, third-party AI services, network issues, input errors, system limitations, or business conditions.

服务用途

Qiantu 用于收入目标规划、任务拆解、行动复盘、提醒和 AI 辅助思考。它帮助用户整理方向和执行节奏，但不替代专业顾问、雇主、律师、会计师、投资顾问或心理咨询师。

用户责任

用户应自行负责输入的目标、计划、资料和行动结果。请不要输入违法、侵权、欺诈、骚扰或明显超出自己权限的信息，也不要把 AI 输出直接当作保证正确的结论。

AI 输出限制

AI 生成内容可能存在错误、遗漏、过时、偏差或不适合用户实际情况的建议。用户在采取行动前应自行核验，涉及财务、税务、法律、职业转换或健康心理事项时应咨询合格专业人士。

第三方 API 与费用

如果用户配置自己的第三方 AI API，用户需要遵守该服务提供方的条款并承担相应费用、额度、密钥管理和使用风险。第三方服务中断、计费变化或输出问题不由 Qiquverse 控制。

收入与结果免责声明

Qiantu 不承诺增加收入、获得客户、找到工作、完成创业、通过考试或达成任何具体商业结果。目标管理工具只能辅助计划和执行，实际结果取决于用户能力、环境、资源和市场变化。

付费与 App Store

如 Qiantu 提供内购或订阅，价格、试用、续费、取消和退款以 Apple App Store 规则和购买页面显示为准。

可用性与变更

我们可能调整 AI 功能、模板、提醒、数据结构和产品范围。用户应自行备份重要计划和记录，并理解测试或准备阶段功能可能变化较快。

责任限制

在法律允许范围内，Qiquverse 不对因用户决策、第三方 AI 服务、网络问题、输入错误、系统限制或业务环境变化造成的间接损失承担责任。
