Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SoundDiary handles microphone-based environmental sound measurements, structured noise records, optional audio clips, HealthKit comparison, exports, and support requests. SoundDiary is local-first: the current version does not require an account, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not send measurement content to a SoundDiary server.
1. Product purpose
SoundDiary is an iPhone and iPad utility for everyday environmental sound. It provides dB(A) estimates, context scales, reference exposure times, spot checks, records, overnight cards, events, a local diary, and PDF/CSV exports. It is not a certified instrument, medical device, surveillance tool, or legal/forensic evidence service.
2. Microphone and audio processing
Microphone access is requested only for measurement or an explicitly started recording/overnight session. Input is processed on-device into level statistics and, when available, on-device sound labels. Raw audio is not saved by the default flows. iOS may show its microphone and background-audio indicators during an active measurement.
3. Optional audio clip
A user may explicitly confirm a ten-second peak clip for local review. SoundDiary does not upload it. Deleting the related session deletes the app-local clip when present; copies shared outside the app are controlled by the receiving app or recipient.
4. Local records
The app may store dates, durations, scenes, dB(A), LAeq, peaks, calibration and uncertainty, event labels and confidence, notes, reports, settings, interruption markers, and optional local clips. These records restore the diary, cards, summaries, and exports.
5. HealthKit
Health comparison is optional and reads Apple's environmental audio exposure quantity so Apple Watch/system samples can be shown separately from local microphone estimates. Writing is a separate control that is off by default: only after the user turns writing on, selects one completed session and confirms again does SoundDiary save that session's LAeq as environmental audio exposure and read the saved sample back. Raw audio is never written, and later sessions are never written automatically. Apple and the user control HealthKit authorization and deletion.
6. No current network collection
V1 has no SoundDiary account, cloud sync, remote AI service, advertising, cross-app tracking, third-party analytics, or remote audio-processing service. Measurement, diary, template summaries, and PDF/CSV generation are designed to work offline. External legal/support pages may need a browser network connection.
7. Export and sharing
PDF and CSV files are generated locally and handed to Apple's share sheet only after the user chooses. Review times, scenes, notes, measurements, and calibration information before sharing. SoundDiary cannot remotely delete copies saved by other apps or recipients.
8. Denied permissions
Microphone denial or unavailability produces an explanation and, where appropriate, a Settings route; non-sampling surfaces remain usable. HealthKit denial or lack of support does not block local measurement, diary, summaries, or export.
9. Accuracy and sensitive context
Phone microphones vary and high levels may be limited by automatic gain or clipping. Calibration and uncertainty remain visible. Do not use SoundDiary as the sole basis for medical, legal, safety-critical, employment, tenancy, or emergency decisions, and do not record another person's private environment without permission.
10. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until deleted, cleared, removed with the app, or removed by device/storage operations. Session deletion removes the local structured record and optional clip. Apple backups may include local data according to user settings; Qiquverse cannot delete an Apple-operated backup or an already shared copy.
11. Children and purchases
SoundDiary is not designed specifically for children and is not a Kids Category product. V1 has no account, purchase, subscription, advertising, or paywall flow.
12. Support and changes
Support receives the contact details, message, attachments, and diagnostics you voluntarily send and uses them to respond. Avoid sending private recordings, addresses, or other people's personal information unless necessary and authorized. We may update this policy when the product, Apple services, or legal requirements change. Contact [email protected].

一、产品用途
声日记是一款 iPhone 和 iPad 日常环境声音工具，提供 dB(A) 估算、场景对照、参考停留时间、快测、记录、整夜卡片、事件、本地日记和 PDF/CSV 导出。它不是认证器具、医疗设备、监听工具，也不是法律/法医证据服务。
二、麦克风与音频处理
只有测量或明确开始记录/整夜模式时才请求麦克风。输入在本机处理为声级统计和端侧标签；默认流程不会保存原始录音。活动测量期间，iOS 可能显示麦克风和后台音频指示。
三、可选音频片段
用户可二次确认保存十秒峰值片段供本机核对。声日记不会上传它。删除关联会话会删除应用本地片段；分享至 App 外部的副本由接收方控制。
四、本地记录
应用可能保存日期、时长、场景、dB(A)、LAeq、峰值、校准与不确定度、事件标签与置信度、备注、报告、设置、中断标记和可选片段，用于恢复日记、声音卡、摘要和导出。
五、HealthKit
健康对照是可选功能，用于读取 Apple Watch/系统环境音暴露数量，与本机麦克风估算分开显示。写入是另一项默认关闭的独立选择：只有你单独开启写入、选中一段已完成记录并再次确认后，应用才会把该会话的 LAeq 作为环境音暴露写入，并在之后回读显示；不写入原始音频，也不会自动写入之后的记录。授权与删除由 Apple 和用户控制。
六、当前不收集网络数据
V1 没有声日记账号、云同步、远程 AI、广告、跨 App 追踪、第三方分析或远程音频处理服务。测量、日记、模板摘要和 PDF/CSV 以离线工作为目标。外部法律/支持页面可能需要网络。
七、导出与分享
PDF 和 CSV 在本地生成，只有用户主动选择后交给系统分享面板。分享前请检查时间、场景、备注、测量和校准信息。其他 App 或收件人保存的副本无法远程删除。
八、权限拒绝
麦克风被拒绝或不可用时，应用显示说明并在适当位置提供设置入口；不采样页面仍可用。HealthKit 被拒绝或不支持时，本地测量、日记、摘要和导出不受阻。
九、准确性与敏感场景
不同机型麦克风不同，高音量可能受自动增益或限幅影响。应用保留校准和不确定度说明。不要把声日记作为医疗、法律、关键安全、就业、租赁或紧急决定的唯一依据；未经许可不要记录他人的私密环境。
十、保留与删除
本地记录保留到用户删除、清除、移除 App 或设备/存储操作将其清除。删除会话会删除本地结构化记录和可选片段。Apple 备份可能包含本地数据；Qiquverse 无法删除 Apple 备份或已分享副本。
十一、儿童与购买
声日记不是专门为儿童设计，也不属于 Kids Category。V1 没有账号、购买、订阅、广告或付费墙。
十二、支持与更新
支持会收到你主动发送的联系方式、消息、附件和诊断信息并用于回复。除非确有必要且得到授权，请勿发送私密录音、地址或他人信息。当产品、Apple 服务或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本政策。请联系 [email protected]。
