Super Calculator Terms of Use

Acceptance and purpose

By using Super Calculator (超级计算器), you accept these terms. The app is a personal calculation and conversion utility for iPhone and iPad. It provides arithmetic, fractions, unit and currency conversion, local history, photo/OCR-assisted solving, Shortcuts actions, and focused reference tools.

Eligibility and responsibility

You are responsible for the expressions, images, text, tool inputs, imported data, configured endpoints, and credentials you choose to use. Use the app lawfully and do not upload or process content you are not authorized to send. Protect any files you copy, export, share, or send to a service.

Results and limits

Local arithmetic and unit conversion are designed to be deterministic, but device, input, implementation, and rounding conditions can affect results. Currency rates are reference data and may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or different from a provider’s later value. Wage, compound, A-share limit, cycle, age, and BMI tools are estimates or reference calculations, not investment, payroll, tax, medical, fertility, or legal advice.

Photo/OCR and external solving

Photo solving starts with on-device text recognition and an editable confirmation field. Local arithmetic is attempted locally. An external compatible service is optional, disabled by default, and is used only when you configure it and actively retry. Only the text you confirm is sent; the original image is not sent by the app. External responses can be incorrect, incomplete, unsafe, or unavailable. Review before relying on or saving a result.

Apple platform and third-party services

The app depends on iOS/iPadOS and Apple frameworks including PhotosPicker, camera permission prompts, Vision, Keychain, App Intents, local storage, and accessibility. You may deny permissions and features can vary by device or system version. Currency refresh and any user-configured solving endpoint are third-party network services governed by their own terms. No account, purchase, advertising, analytics, or tracking feature is required in this release.

Local data, deletion, and availability

You control local history, favorites, settings, cached rates, and configured service values through the app. A device reset, storage failure, deletion, denied permission, or service outage may prevent recovery. The app may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued, and the terms may change when the product or applicable requirements change.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Super Calculator is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, data recovery, rate accuracy, OCR accuracy, external-service availability, or suitability for a particular decision. Do not use it as the sole basis for safety-critical, medical, financial, employment, tax, fertility, or legal decisions. Qiquverse is not responsible for losses arising from user input, device conditions, third-party services, exported files, or reliance beyond the app’s stated purpose.

使用超级计算器（Super Calculator）即表示接受本协议。本 App 是面向 iPhone 和 iPad 的个人计算与换算工具，提供四则计算、分数、单位和汇率换算、本地历史、照片/OCR 辅助解题、快捷指令动作和专用参考工具。

使用责任

你应对自己使用的表达式、图片、文字、工具输入、导入数据、配置的服务地址和访问凭证负责。请合法使用 App，不要处理或发送你无权使用的内容。复制、导出、分享或发送给第三方服务的文件由你自行保护。

结果与限制

本地计算和单位换算以确定性逻辑为目标，但设备、输入、实现方式和舍入条件可能影响结果。汇率是参考数据，可能延迟、不可用、不完整，或与服务商之后的数据不同。时薪、复利、A 股涨停、周期、年龄和 BMI 工具属于估算或参考计算，不是投资、薪酬、税务、医疗、生育或法律建议。

照片/OCR 与外部解题

照片解题先在设备端进行文字识别，并进入可编辑确认框；纯算式优先本地求解。兼容的外部服务是可选功能，默认关闭，只有你配置并主动重试时才会使用。App 只发送你确认后的文字，不发送原图。外部返回可能错误、不完整、不安全或不可用，使用或保存前请自行复核。

Apple 平台与第三方服务

App 依赖 iOS/iPadOS 与 Apple 的 PhotosPicker、相机权限提示、Vision、钥匙串、App Intents、本地存储和无障碍框架。你可以拒绝权限，不同设备或系统版本的表现可能不同。汇率刷新和你配置的解题地址属于第三方网络服务，按各自条款处理。本版本不要求账号、购买、广告、统计或追踪功能。

本地数据、删除与可用性

你可以在 App 内控制本地历史、收藏、设置、汇率缓存和已配置服务值。设备重置、存储失败、主动删除、权限拒绝或服务中断可能导致无法恢复。我们可能更新、调整、暂停或停止功能，并在产品或适用要求变化时更新本协议。

免责声明与责任限制

在法律允许范围内，超级计算器不保证持续可用、数据一定恢复、汇率一定准确、OCR 一定准确、外部服务一定可用或结果适合某项具体决定。不要将它作为安全关键、医疗、金融、工作、税务、生育或法律决定的唯一依据。因用户输入、设备状况、第三方服务、导出文件或超出 App 明确用途的依赖造成的损失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。
