TickTock Time Terms of Use

Acceptance and family responsibility

By downloading or using TickTock Time, you agree to these Terms. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian should review these Terms, decide whether the app fits the child, supervise use, and set appropriate screen-time boundaries.

Purpose

TickTock Time provides narrated lessons, analog and digital clock activities, second-hand rhythm practice, daily-routine and calendar activities, games, local rewards, adaptive review, and parent progress guidance. It is designed as a family-friendly learning and practice aid.

User conduct

You may use the app for personal and family learning. You must not reverse engineer where prohibited, disrupt the app, bypass child-safety or parent-gate controls, copy protected materials, impersonate Qiquverse, misuse support channels, or use the app for unlawful or child-inappropriate purposes.

Learning results and age suitability

The app may support familiarity with time concepts, but it does not guarantee mastery, grades, school performance, diagnosis, or developmental outcomes. Learning depends on the child's prior experience, practice, language, attention, and adult support. Parents should decide whether the narration, pace, sounds, difficulty, and examples fit the child.

Local data and device responsibility

Learning progress and settings are stored locally. The device owner is responsible for device access, backups, storage, updates, and deletion decisions. Removing the app, resetting the device, changing storage, or restoring backups may remove, restore, or alter local progress.

Apple platform and external links

The app depends on iOS, App Store distribution, local storage, audio output, haptics, and Apple's system speech synthesis. System settings and platform changes may affect availability. Parent-area links may open Qiquverse privacy, terms, or support pages in a browser; use of those pages is also subject to the website's applicable terms and privacy information.

Availability and changes

We may fix errors and change lessons, games, questions, rewards, narration, visuals, supported devices, or learning sequences. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these Terms when product behavior, platform requirements, or applicable law changes.

Disclaimer and limitation

TickTock Time is provided as a learning aid and is not a school curriculum, professional educational assessment, medical or developmental service, or substitute for parent involvement. To the extent permitted by law, Qiquverse is not liable for indirect losses caused by use choices, device failure, local-data loss, system limitations, network or website availability, or third-party platform rules.

用户行为

你可以将 App 用于个人与家庭学习。不得在法律禁止的情况下反向工程、干扰 App、绕过儿童安全或家长门控制、复制受保护的材料、冒充 Qiquverse、滥用支持渠道，或将 App 用于违法或不适合儿童的用途。

学习效果与适龄性

App 可以帮助孩子熟悉时间概念，但不保证完全掌握、成绩、学校表现、诊断或发展成果。学习取决于孩子原有经验、练习、语言、注意力和成年人支持。家长应判断语音、节奏、声音、难度和示例是否适合孩子。

本地数据与设备责任

学习进度和设置保存在本机。设备所有者负责设备访问、备份、存储、更新和删除决策。移除 App、重置设备、更改存储或恢复备份可能删除、恢复或改变本地进度。

Apple 平台与外部链接

App 依赖 iOS、App Store 分发、本地存储、音频输出、触感反馈和 Apple 系统语音合成。系统设置和平台变化可能影响可用性。家长区链接可能在浏览器中打开 Qiquverse 隐私政策、用户协议或支持页；使用这些页面同时受网站适用的条款与隐私说明约束。

可用性与变更

我们可能修复错误，并调整课程、游戏、题目、奖励、语音、视觉、支持的设备或学习顺序。我们不保证服务永不中断或完全无错。当产品行为、平台要求或适用法律发生变化时，我们可能更新本协议。

免责声明与责任限制

TickTock Time 是学习辅助工具，不是学校课程、专业教育测评、医疗或发展服务，也不替代家长陪伴。在法律允许范围内，Qiquverse 不对因使用选择、设备故障、本地数据丢失、系统限制、网络或网页可用性以及第三方平台规则造成的间接损失承担责任。
