Privacy Policy
This policy explains how BaroLog handles local pressure samples, altitude context, personal observations, hike records, optional station context, speech input, Widget and Watch snapshots, exports, and support. BaroLog is local-first: the current version does not require an account, does not use advertising, analytics, cross-app tracking, CloudKit history, or a BaroLog server.
1. Product purpose
BaroLog is an iPhone and iPad utility for viewing local barometric pressure and altitude trends, recording a user's own observations or activities, calibrating altitude, reviewing a neutral relationship report, and exporting local records. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, weather-warning service, certified navigation instrument, or prediction service.
2. Information stored on the device
Depending on the features used, BaroLog stores pressure samples, source and freshness context, altitude and calibration records, hike sessions, settings, body-sensation or custom observation labels, 0–10 intensity values, notes, timestamps, report settings, and the latest local snapshot used by the Widget or Watch companion. These records are stored in the app's local JSON store and App Group snapshot. The app does not create an account or upload this history to a Qiquverse server.
3. Health-adjacent observations
Headache, joint discomfort, sleep notes, and other body observations can be sensitive. They remain local unless the user explicitly exports or shares them. BaroLog reports the user's own records with sample counts, windows, and caveats; it does not diagnose, predict, treat, or claim that pressure caused a symptom. Do not enter another person's information without appropriate permission.
4. Motion and barometer
BaroLog uses Apple's Core Motion barometer and altitude APIs when supported. Motion access is requested when the app needs to read the sensor, after the relevant explanation. Devices without a usable barometer receive an honest unavailable or demonstration state; no sensor data is uploaded by BaroLog.
5. Location and WeatherKit
Location is optional. If you enable station-pressure comparison or optional background sampling, iOS may provide reduced-accuracy location and BaroLog may pass a location to Apple's WeatherKit to request current station context. BaroLog does not retain a location trajectory, sell location, or send location to a developer-owned server. WeatherKit availability, processing, and Apple privacy terms apply to that Apple service. Refusing location or network access leaves local pressure, logging, reports, and export available.
6. Microphone and speech recognition
Speech input is optional and is used only when the user starts it from the log form. BaroLog requests microphone and speech-recognition permission after explaining the feature, uses on-device recognition when supported, presents text for confirmation, and keeps the manual form as the fallback. Raw audio is not saved as a diary record by the normal speech path. Permission denial does not block manual logging.
7. Widget, Watch, and background behavior
The Widget and Watch companion receive the latest local pressure snapshot through the app's shared container and do not independently sample the sensor. Background refresh and significant-location callbacks are opportunistic and may be skipped by iOS; BaroLog marks unavailable intervals rather than inventing continuous recording. The shared snapshot contains only the latest local product data needed for the system surface.
8. Exports and sharing
CSV and PDF files are generated locally and handed to Apple's system share sheet only after the user chooses an export or share action. An export may include timestamps, pressure, altitude, source, observation labels, notes, sample counts, and demo-data provenance. Review a file and its destination before sharing. Copies saved by another app, cloud service, or recipient are outside BaroLog's control.
9. Demo data
Demo records used for previews or a simulator demonstration are synthetic and visibly marked. They are not the user's history and are not medical or environmental evidence. The app's demo-data controls can remove demo records without silently replacing a real user's empty state.
10. No advertising, tracking, account, or purchase system
The current release has no advertising, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, account, CloudKit history, external AI service, StoreKit product, subscription, paywall, or paid unlock. The app is designed as a free local utility. The PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy file declares no collected data and no tracking for the current binary; App Store privacy answers will be kept aligned with the final archive and any Apple-service behavior.
11. Retention and deletion
Local samples, observations, calibrations, and hikes remain until the user deletes them, clears the app's data controls, removes the app, or device/storage operations remove them. Exported or shared copies are not remotely deletable by BaroLog. Apple device backup behavior is controlled by the user's settings and Apple; Qiquverse cannot directly delete an Apple-operated backup.
12. Support and policy changes
If you contact support, Qiquverse receives the contact details, message, attachments, and diagnostics you voluntarily send and uses them to respond. Please do not send private health notes, exact addresses, or another person's information unless necessary and authorized. We may update this policy when product behavior, Apple services, or legal requirements change. Contact [email protected].

本政策说明气压本如何处理本地气压采样、海拔上下文、身体感受、徒步记录、可选站点气压、语音输入、小组件与手表快照、导出文件和支持请求。气压本采用本地优先设计：当前版本不要求账号，不使用广告、分析、跨 App 追踪、CloudKit 历史或气压本服务器。
一、产品用途
气压本是一款 iPhone 和 iPad 工具，用于查看本机气压和海拔趋势，记录用户自己的感受或活动，校准海拔，查看中性的关系报告，以及导出本地记录。它不是医疗器械、诊断或治疗工具、天气预警服务、认证导航仪器，也不提供预测服务。
二、设备本地保存的信息
根据使用的功能，气压本会保存气压采样、来源与新鲜度上下文、海拔与校准记录、徒步会话、设置、身体感受或自定义标签、0–10 强度、备注、时间、报告设置，以及小组件或手表伴侣使用的最近一次本地快照。这些记录保存在 App 本地 JSON 存储和 App Group 快照中。应用不会创建账号，也不会把历史上传到 Qiquverse 服务器。
三、与健康相关的观察记录
头痛、关节不适、睡眠备注及其他身体感受可能属于敏感信息。除非用户主动导出或分享，否则它们保留在本机。气压本按样本数、时间窗口和限制说明展示用户自己的记录，不诊断、不预测、不治疗，也不声称气压造成了某种症状。未经适当许可，不要录入他人的信息。
四、运动与气压计
在设备支持时，气压本使用 Apple Core Motion 的气压和海拔 API。应用会在需要读取传感器时、完成相关说明后请求运动权限。没有可用气压计的设备会显示诚实的不可用或演示状态；气压本不会上传传感器数据。
五、定位与 WeatherKit
定位是可选的。开启站点气压对照或可选后台补点时，iOS 可能提供大致位置，气压本可能把位置交给 Apple WeatherKit 请求当前站点上下文。气压本不会保留位置轨迹、出售定位信息，也不会把定位发送到开发者自己的服务器。WeatherKit 的可用性、处理方式和 Apple 隐私条款适用于该 Apple 服务。拒绝定位或网络访问后，本地气压、记录、报告和导出仍可使用。
六、麦克风与语音识别
语音输入是可选的，只有用户在记录表单中主动开始时才使用。气压本会在说明功能后请求麦克风和语音识别权限，并在支持时使用设备内识别；识别文字会先供用户确认，手动表单始终可用。正常语音流程不会把原始音频保存为日记记录。拒绝权限不会阻止手动记录。
七、小组件、手表与后台行为
小组件和手表伴侣通过 App 共享容器接收最近一次本地气压快照，不会自行采样。后台刷新和重要位置回调由 iOS 机会式调度，可能被跳过；气压本会标出不可用区间，不会伪造连续记录。共享快照只包含系统界面所需的最近产品数据。
八、导出与分享
CSV 和 PDF 在本地生成，只有用户主动选择导出或分享后才交给 Apple 系统分享面板。导出可能包含时间、气压、海拔、来源、感受标签、备注、样本数和演示数据来源。分享前请检查文件与目标。其他 App、云服务或收件人保存的副本不受气压本控制。
九、演示数据
预览或模拟器演示中的记录是合成数据，并会明确标记。它们不是用户历史，也不是医疗或环境证据。应用的演示数据控制可以移除演示记录，不会把真实用户的空状态悄悄替换成假记录。
十、没有广告、追踪、账号或购买系统
当前版本没有广告、分析 SDK、跨 App 追踪、账号、CloudKit 历史、外部 AI 服务、StoreKit 产品、订阅、付费墙或付费解锁。应用定位为免费本地工具。当前二进制的 PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy 声明没有收集数据和追踪；App 隐私答案会与最终归档和 Apple 服务行为保持一致。
十一、保留与删除
本地采样、感受、校准和徒步记录会保留到用户删除、使用应用内数据控制清除、移除 App，或设备/存储操作将其清除。已经导出或分享的副本无法由气压本远程删除。Apple 设备备份由用户设置和 Apple 控制；Qiquverse 无法直接删除 Apple 运营的备份。
