Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Cleaning Job Report handles cleaning-job details, indoor before-and-after photos, scope records, exceptions, local templates, exported reports, device permissions, and support requests. Cleaning Job Report is designed so the core workflow works offline and job content stays on the device by default.
1. Scope and Product Purpose
Cleaning Job Report is an iPhone app for independent residential cleaners. It helps a user create a local job, record Before and After photos, mark completed scope and exceptions, review privacy options, and generate a long image or PDF job report for sharing. It is a work-communication tool, not surveillance, legal evidence, payment processing, invoicing, dispatch, or location tracking.
2. Information Stored on the Device
Depending on what the user enters or creates, Cleaning Job Report stores client nicknames, optional addresses, service dates, local reference details, job status, scope items and their status, unfinished reasons, exceptions, client add-ons, local payment-status markers, photo room labels, user-written photo descriptions, pairing information, manual redaction rectangles, receipt snapshots, local templates, app settings, and workflow recovery state.
This content is used only to operate the app, restore unfinished work, display history, build job reports, and support deletion and storage controls.
3. Photos and Derived Files
Original photos selected or captured for a job are stored in the app's local container. Cleaning Job Report may create normalized, rotated, thumbnail, redacted, long-image, and PDF copies needed for preview and export. Manual blur rectangles affect the preview and exported copy and do not overwrite the source photo. Temporary export files are cleaned by the app, although copies saved or shared outside Cleaning Job Report are controlled by the receiving app, location, or recipient.
4. Camera and Photo Permissions
Camera access is requested only when the user chooses to take a photo. Photo-library read access is used only when the user opens an import flow and chooses content. Photo-library add access is used only when the user selects a system action that saves a generated report image. Cleaning Job Report does not continuously scan the photo library or record camera content in the background.
5. Local Processing and Data Collection
The current version processes jobs, photos, redactions, previews, templates, long images, and PDFs on the device. It does not require a Cleaning Job Report or Qiquverse account and does not use a Cleaning Job Report cloud service, third-party analytics SDK, advertising SDK, cross-app tracking, data broker, external AI service, or remote photo-processing service. Because this information is processed on the device and is not transmitted to Qiquverse, Qiquverse does not collect it through the app.
6. System Sharing
Cleaning Job Report hands a generated report, image, PDF, or text summary to Apple's system share sheet only after the user chooses to share. The user selects the destination. Once content is handed to another app, saved to another location, or sent to a recipient, that copy is governed by the destination's practices and cannot be remotely deleted by Cleaning Job Report.
7. Sensitive Indoor Content
Indoor photos may show people, screens, documents, addresses, possessions, or private spaces. Users should obtain the client's permission before photographing, frame only the service area, avoid unrelated residents and private material, review every report before sharing, and use the manual blur tool where appropriate. Cleaning Job Report does not claim that manual blur or any automated process can identify every sensitive detail.
8. Retention, Deletion, Export, and Backups
Local job data remains until the user deletes a job, deletes all local data, removes the app, or device/storage operations remove it. Deleting a job removes its related local app records and photo files. The Data Controls screen shows local photo storage and provides all-data deletion. Normal Apple device backups may include app-local data according to the user's Apple settings; those backups are operated by Apple. Restoring a backup may restore local records. Qiquverse cannot directly delete data that exists only on the user's device, in an Apple-operated backup, or in an already shared copy.
9. Security
Local-first design reduces unnecessary transmission, but no device, software, storage, export, or sharing method can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect the device passcode, keep system software current, review recipient choices, and delete records that are no longer needed.
10. Children, Health, Finance, and Legal Context
Cleaning Job Report is not directed to children and does not provide health, financial, tax, legal, or insurance advice. A manually selected payment-status marker is only a local note; Cleaning Job Report does not move funds or issue invoices. Dates, photos, and reports are ordinary work records and are not guaranteed to be tamper-proof or legally determinative.
11. Current App Access
All current Cleaning Job Report features are available free of charge. The app does not require an account or a purchase to complete its current workflow.
12. Support Requests
If a user contacts support, Qiquverse receives the email address, message, attachments, and diagnostic information the user voluntarily sends. This information is used to respond and investigate the request. Do not send indoor photos, client names, addresses, or private notes unless they are necessary and the sender has permission.
13. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy when product behavior, Apple capabilities, data handling, or legal requirements change. The updated date will change when the policy is revised. For privacy questions or deletion guidance, contact [email protected].

一、适用范围与产品用途
保洁完工单 是一款面向独立住宅保洁服务商的 iPhone App。它帮助用户建立本地任务、记录 Before 与 After 照片、标记完成范围与例外、检查分享隐私选项，并生成长图或 PDF 完工单。它是工作沟通工具，不提供监控、法律证据、付款处理、开票、派工或位置追踪。
二、保存在设备上的信息
根据用户实际填写或创建的内容，保洁完工单 会在本机保存客户昵称、可选地址、服务日期、本地参考信息、任务状态、范围项及其状态、未完成原因、例外、客户追加、本地付款状态标记、照片房间标签、用户填写的照片描述、配对信息、手工脱敏矩形、完工单快照、本地模板、应用设置和流程恢复状态。
这些内容仅用于运行 App、恢复未完成工作、显示历史、生成完工单，以及支持删除与存储控制。
三、照片与派生文件
为任务拍摄或选择的源照片保存在 App 本地容器中。保洁完工单 可能为预览和导出创建标准化、旋转、缩略、脱敏、长图和 PDF 副本。手工模糊矩形影响预览和导出副本，不会覆盖源照片。App 会清理临时导出文件；但保存或分享至 保洁完工单 外部的副本由接收 App、存储位置或收件人控制。
四、相机与照片权限
只有当用户选择拍照时，App 才请求相机权限。只有当用户打开导入流程并主动选择内容时，App 才读取所选照片。只有当用户在系统分享中选择保存生成图片时，系统才会使用照片图库添加权限。保洁完工单 不持续扫描照片图库，也不在后台录制相机内容。
五、本地处理与数据收集
当前版本在设备本地处理任务、照片、脱敏区域、预览、模板、长图和 PDF。它不要求注册 保洁完工单 或 Qiquverse 账号，不使用 保洁完工单 云服务、第三方分析 SDK、广告 SDK、跨 App 追踪、数据经纪服务、外部 AI 服务或远程图片处理服务。由于这些信息只在设备上处理且不传给 Qiquverse，Qiquverse 不会通过 App 收集这些内容。
六、系统分享
只有当用户主动选择分享时，保洁完工单 才会把生成的完工单、图片、PDF 或文字摘要交给 Apple 系统分享面板，并由用户选择目标。内容一旦交给其他 App、保存到其他位置或发送给收件人，该副本将受目标方规则约束，保洁完工单 无法远程删除。
七、敏感室内内容
室内照片可能包含人物、屏幕、证件、地址、物品或私密空间。用户应在拍摄前征得客户允许，只拍摄服务区域，避免无关住户和私密材料，分享前逐项检查，并在需要时使用手工模糊。保洁完工单 不会声称手工模糊或任何自动处理能够识别全部敏感细节。
八、保留、删除、导出与备份
本机任务数据会保留到用户删除任务、删除全部本机数据、移除 App，或设备与存储操作将其清除。删除任务会移除其关联的本地 App 记录和照片文件。“数据控制”页面会显示本地照片占用并提供全部数据删除。Apple 正常设备备份可能依据用户设置包含 App 本地数据；该备份由 Apple 运营。恢复备份可能恢复部分本地记录。对于只存在于用户设备、Apple 运营备份或已分享副本中的数据，Qiquverse 无法直接删除。
九、安全
本地优先设计减少了不必要的传输，但任何设备、软件、存储、导出或分享方式都不能保证绝对安全。用户应保护设备密码、保持系统更新、检查分享对象，并删除不再需要的记录。
十、儿童、健康、财务与法律场景
保洁完工单 不面向儿童，也不提供健康、财务、税务、法律或保险建议。手工付款状态仅是本机备注；保洁完工单 不处理资金，也不开具发票。日期、照片和完工单属于普通工作记录，不保证防篡改或具有决定性的法律效力。
十一、当前应用访问
保洁完工单 当前全部功能免费。完成当前流程无需账号或购买。
十二、支持请求
用户联系支持时，Qiquverse 会收到用户主动发送的邮箱地址、消息、附件和诊断信息，并用于回复和排查。除非确有必要且发送者有权提供，请勿发送室内照片、客户姓名、地址或私密备注。
十三、政策更新与联系
