Camera Access
If camera access is off, open iOS Settings from the capture screen. You can also import a chosen image from Photos or Files, or continue without photos.

Support
For setup, sharing, privacy, accessibility, or data-deletion help, contact [email protected]. Do not email indoor photos, client names, addresses, or private job notes unless they are necessary and you have permission to share them.
Before and After Pairing
Use Review and Pair to change pairs. Re-pairing removes a conflicting old pair automatically; single photos remain available in the report.
PDF and WeChat
Send PDFs to a contact, File Transfer, or a document app. WeChat Moments normally works better with the Long Image format.
Export Fails or Is Slow
Keep the app in the foreground while generating. Cleaning Job Report retries with smaller images and can fall back from PDF to a long image or text summary.
Blur Sensitive Areas
Open a photo and draw rectangles over sensitive content. Blur applies to the preview and exported copy; it does not overwrite the source photo.
Delete Local Data
Open History, then Settings and Help, then Data Controls. Deleting all local data removes app jobs and local photo files; already shared copies remain outside the app.

生成失败或较慢
生成时保持 App 在前台。保洁完工单 会降低图片大小重试，并可从 PDF 回退到长图或文字摘要。
敏感区域模糊
打开照片并在敏感内容上拖出矩形。模糊用于预览与导出副本，不会覆盖源照片。
删除本机数据
进入“历史”→“设置与帮助”→“数据控制”。删除全部本机数据会移除任务和本地照片；已分享副本仍在 App 外部。
When contacting support / 联系支持时
Include the device model, iOS version, app version, export format, and the exact visible error. Avoid attaching client content.
