Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MustRing handles spoken reminders, on-device speech recognition, alarm-level alerts, place reminders, optional Apple Reminders sync, local storage, the optional lifetime unlock, and support requests. MustRing is local-first: the current version does not require an account, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not send your reminder content to a MustRing server.
1. Product purpose
MustRing is an iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch to-do reminder utility. It captures a reminder in one sentence, parses a time or place, rings at an alarm level until you handle it, and keeps anything missed in a recoverable vault. It also offers repeat rules, list buckets, filters, completed history, widgets, an Apple Watch companion, a Share extension and App Intents. It is not a project manager, medical device, or emergency or safety-critical service, and it does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee that a reminder is never missed.
2. Voice capture and speech recognition
Microphone and speech recognition access are requested only when you start a voice capture. Speech is converted to text on device; MustRing does not upload your audio or transcription to a MustRing server. If you decline either permission, you can still type a reminder, and every other surface remains available.
3. Alarm-level alerts and notifications
Reminders you mark as alarm level use Apple's prominent alert system so they can ring even when the device is silent or a Focus mode is active. Scheduling and delivery depend on Apple's system behaviour, your notification and alert settings, device state, battery, and permissions. Notifications are local to your device and are not sent through a MustRing server. The app also uses a single background task to reconcile reminders; it works on local data only.
4. Place reminders and location
Location is requested only when you create or edit a place reminder, so the app can register arrival and departure monitoring for places you choose. The app may use Apple Maps place search to help you name a place, and that search runs only on your explicit action. Coordinates and place names for your own reminders stay on the device and are not uploaded to a MustRing server. If location access is denied, place reminders are unavailable but every other feature still works.
5. Optional Apple Reminders sync
Two-way sync with Apple Reminders is optional and off until you enable it in Settings. When you turn it on, MustRing requests access to Apple Reminders so the two lists stay aligned; changes you make in either place are written back through Apple's own framework. You can turn the sync off at any time, and you can revoke access in iOS Settings. Apple controls the storage and synchronisation of Apple Reminders data.
6. Information stored locally
Depending on the features you use, the app stores reminder titles and notes, parsed and edited due times, place references, repeat rules, alarm-level choices, bucket and filter state, completed history, missed-vault entries, settings, and one unsaved voice capture draft. Data is kept in a local database, a shared App Group container used by the app's widgets and Share extension, and UserDefaults for settings. These records are used to show your lists, ring your alerts, restore the missed vault, and drive the widgets and Watch companion.
7. No network collection in the current version
The current V1 has no MustRing account, cloud sync, developer-operated server, remote AI service, advertising, cross-app tracking, third-party analytics, or third-party SDK. Reminder capture, storage, alerts, the missed vault, widgets and exports are designed to work offline. Apple services you choose to use — such as Maps place search or Apple Reminders sync — operate under Apple's own terms. Opening an external legal or support page may require a network connection in the browser.
8. Optional lifetime unlock and purchases
The core reminder experience is free. One optional non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks secondary capabilities: unlimited saved places, two-way Apple Reminders sync, filters and saved views, and full completed history. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Purchases are processed by Apple; MustRing receives only the entitlement state needed to unlock the feature and does not receive your payment details. Restoring a purchase and managing a refund are handled through your Apple Account.
9. Widgets, Apple Watch, Share extension and App Intents
The Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets read your reminder data from the shared App Group container. The Share extension lets you send content from another app into MustRing, and writes it to the same shared container. The Apple Watch companion receives the data needed to show and complete reminders, using Apple's connectivity framework. App Intents and the Action Button let you start a capture from outside the app. These extensions operate on your device and do not send data to a MustRing server.
10. Permissions and denial
MustRing asks for microphone, speech recognition, location, notification, alarm, and optional Apple Reminders access only in the flow that needs them, and each Info.plist purpose string explains the reason in English and Simplified Chinese. If you deny a permission, the app explains the consequence and, where useful, offers a route into iOS Settings; the remaining features continue to work.
11. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them, clear data through the app's controls, or remove the app. Deleting a reminder removes its app-local record, and clearing the missed vault removes those entries. Apple device backups may include app-local data according to your settings; Qiquverse cannot directly delete an Apple-operated backup, an Apple Reminders list, or a copy you have already shared outside the app.
12. Children, support and policy changes
MustRing is not designed specifically for children and is not a Kids Category product. If you contact support, Qiquverse receives the contact details, message, attachments, and diagnostics you voluntarily send and uses them to respond; please do not send private or sensitive content unless it is necessary and authorised. We may update this policy when product behaviour, Apple services, or legal requirements change. Contact [email protected].

本政策说明一定响 MustRing 如何处理语音速记、本机语音识别、闹钟级响铃、地点提醒、可选的 Apple「提醒事项」同步、本地存储、可选的一次性解锁以及支持请求。一定响采用本地优先设计：当前版本不要求账号、不使用广告或分析 SDK，也不会把你的提醒内容发送到一定响服务器。
一、产品用途
一定响是一款 iPhone、iPad 和 Apple Watch 待办提醒工具。它用一句话记下提醒，解析时间或地点，到点以闹钟级方式响铃直到你处理，并把错过的提醒保留在可恢复的回收箱中。它还提供重复规则、清单分组、筛选、已完成历史、小组件、Apple Watch 配套、分享扩展和 App Intents。它不是项目管理工具、医疗设备，也不是紧急或关键安全服务，不提供诊断或治疗，也不保证提醒绝对不会被漏掉。
二、语音速记与语音识别
只有在你开始语音速记时，应用才请求麦克风和语音识别权限。语音在设备本机转换为文字，一定响不会把音频或转写结果上传到一定响服务器。如果你拒绝其中任一权限，仍可手动输入提醒，其他功能也都可以继续使用。
三、闹钟级响铃与通知
你标记为闹钟级的提醒使用 Apple 的醒目提醒能力，即使设备静音或开启专注模式也可能响铃。调度与送达取决于 Apple 的系统行为、你的通知与提醒设置、设备状态、电量和权限。通知在设备本地产生，不经过一定响服务器。应用还使用一个后台任务来核对提醒，它只处理本地数据。
四、地点提醒与定位
只有在你创建或编辑地点提醒时，应用才请求定位，用于为你选择的地点登记到达与离开监测。应用可能使用 Apple 地图的地点搜索帮助你命名地点，该搜索只在你主动操作时运行。你自己提醒中的坐标与地点名称保存在设备本地，不会上传到一定响服务器。如果定位被拒绝，地点提醒不可用，但其他功能仍可正常使用。
五、可选的 Apple「提醒事项」同步
与 Apple「提醒事项」的双向同步是可选功能，在你于设置中开启前默认关闭。开启后，应用会请求访问系统「提醒事项」，让两处列表保持一致；你在任一处做出的修改都会通过 Apple 自己的框架写回。你可以随时关闭同步，也可以在 iOS 设置中撤销访问权限。Apple「提醒事项」数据的存储与同步由 Apple 控制。
六、本地保存的信息
根据你使用的功能，应用会保存提醒标题与备注、解析并编辑后的时间、地点引用、重复规则、响铃级别选择、分组与筛选状态、已完成历史、回收箱条目、设置，以及一条尚未保存的语音速记草稿。数据保存在本地数据库、供小组件和分享扩展使用的共享 App Group 容器，以及用于设置的 UserDefaults 中，用于显示清单、触发响铃、恢复回收箱，并驱动小组件与 Watch 配套。
七、当前版本不收集网络数据
当前 V1 没有一定响账号、云同步、开发者服务器、远程 AI 服务、广告、跨 App 追踪、第三方分析或第三方 SDK。提醒记录、存储、响铃、回收箱、小组件与导出都以离线可用为目标。你主动使用的 Apple 服务（例如地图地点搜索或 Apple「提醒事项」同步）适用 Apple 自己的条款。用浏览器打开外部法律或支持页面时可能需要网络。
八、可选的一次性解锁与购买
核心提醒体验免费。一次可选的非消耗型 App 内购买用于解锁次要增强功能：无限保存地点、与 Apple「提醒事项」双向同步、筛选与保存视图，以及完整已完成历史。没有订阅，也没有定期扣费。购买由 Apple 处理；一定响只收到解锁功能所需的权益状态，不会收到你的支付信息。恢复购买和退款由你的 Apple 账户管理。
九、小组件、Apple Watch、分享扩展与 App Intents
主屏幕与锁定屏幕小组件从共享 App Group 容器读取你的提醒数据。分享扩展让你从其他 App 把内容发送到一定响，并写入同一个共享容器。Apple Watch 配套通过 Apple 的连接框架接收显示与完成提醒所需的数据。App Intents 与操作按钮让你在 App 之外发起速记。这些扩展都在你的设备上运行，不会把数据发送到一定响服务器。
十、权限与拒绝
一定响只在使用某项功能的流程中请求麦克风、语音识别、定位、通知、闹钟以及可选的 Apple「提醒事项」权限，每个 Info.plist 用途说明都会用中英文解释原因。如果你拒绝某项权限，应用会说明影响，并在有用时提供进入 iOS 设置的入口；其余功能仍可继续使用。
十一、保留与删除
本地记录会保留到用户删除、通过应用控制清除数据或移除 App 为止。删除提醒会删除其应用本地记录，清空回收箱会删除这些条目。Apple 设备备份可能依据你的设置包含本地数据；Qiquverse 无法直接删除 Apple 运营的备份、Apple「提醒事项」列表，或你已经分享到 App 之外的副本。
十二、儿童、支持与政策更新
一定响不是专门为儿童设计的产品，也不属于 Kids Category。如果你联系支持，Qiquverse 会收到你主动发送的联系方式、消息、附件和诊断信息，并用于回复；除非确有必要且得到授权，请勿发送私密或敏感内容。当产品行为、Apple 服务或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本政策。如有问题，请联系 [email protected]。
