Terms of Use
These Terms govern MustRing, a local-first iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch to-do reminder app that captures a reminder in one sentence, rings at an alarm level until you handle it, and keeps missed reminders recoverable. By using MustRing, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.
1. Purpose and eligibility
MustRing provides personal reminder capture, alerting, and record-keeping tools. You are responsible for the reminders you create, the times and places you set, and the decisions you make from them. You must be old enough to hold an Apple Account for the App Store under the rules that apply to you.
2. Permissions and privacy
Only grant microphone, speech recognition, location, notification, alarm, or Apple Reminders access when you understand the purpose described in the app and in the Privacy Policy. Do not use MustRing to monitor another person without appropriate authorisation. Reminder content, settings, and corrections stay on your device.
3. Alarm-level alerts and reliability limits
Alarm-level reminders use Apple's system alert capability and can ring even when the device is silent or a Focus mode is active. Delivery still depends on Apple's system behaviour, permissions, device state, battery, low-power settings, available storage, and correct system time. MustRing does not guarantee that any reminder will always be delivered or noticed. Do not rely on MustRing as the sole reminder for medical, medication, safety-critical, legal, financial, or emergency tasks, and do not treat it as a guaranteed wake-up or emergency service.
4. Place reminders and location
Place reminders depend on the location permission you grant and on Apple's region monitoring, which can be delayed or affected by device, signal, and system conditions. Use place reminders only for places you are entitled to configure, and review your own settings before relying on them.
5. Reminder content, exports and sharing
You are responsible for the titles, notes, times, places, repeat rules, and completed-history entries you create, and for any content you send in from another app through the Share extension. Review anything you export or share; a copy sent to another app, cloud service, or person may contain personal context and cannot be recalled by MustRing.
6. Apple services
MustRing relies on Apple frameworks including prominent alerts, notifications, Maps place search, Apple Reminders, widgets, the Apple Watch companion, App Intents, and StoreKit. Related functionality may be limited or unavailable when an Apple service, permission, device, or system version is unavailable. Optional two-way Apple Reminders sync is subject to Apple's authorisation and data model and can be turned off at any time.
7. Local storage and data loss
Reminders and settings are stored locally by default. Device loss, app deletion, storage failure, operating-system changes, user deletion, or backup behaviour may cause data loss. Keep any record you need elsewhere, and protect anything containing private information.
8. Purchases, restores and refunds
The core reminder experience is free. One optional non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks secondary capabilities such as unlimited saved places, two-way Apple Reminders sync, filters and saved views, and full completed history. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Purchases, restores, and refunds are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms; Qiquverse does not receive your payment details.
9. Prohibited use
Do not use MustRing for unlawful surveillance, harassment, coercion, discrimination, unauthorised monitoring of another person, or any use that endangers a person or property. Do not misrepresent a reminder app as a guaranteed, certified, medical, or safety-critical system.
10. Current access, updates and termination
We may fix defects, change supported systems, update or adjust features, and discontinue availability when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features that depend on Apple services may change with those services.
11. Disclaimers and contact
To the extent permitted by law, MustRing is provided without guarantees that reminders, alerts, parsed times, place triggers, sync, widgets, or local records will be complete, accurate, or delivered on time. Qiquverse is not responsible for decisions based solely on a reminder, a missed alert, unauthorised use, device failure, or lost local data. Contact [email protected].

一、用途与使用资格
一定响提供个人提醒记录、响铃与留存工具。你对自己创建的提醒、设置的时间与地点，以及据此做出的决定负责。你应达到在你所在地区持有 Apple 账户并使用 App Store 的适用年龄要求。
二、权限与隐私
只有在你理解应用与隐私政策中说明的用途后，才授予麦克风、语音识别、定位、通知、闹钟或 Apple「提醒事项」权限。不得使用一定响在未经适当授权的情况下监测他人。提醒内容、设置与修正都保存在你的设备上。
三、闹钟级响铃与可靠性限制
闹钟级提醒使用 Apple 的系统提醒能力，即使设备静音或开启专注模式也可能响铃。但送达仍取决于 Apple 的系统行为、权限、设备状态、电量、低电量设置、可用存储以及系统时间是否正确。一定响不保证任何提醒一定被送达或被注意到。不要把一定响作为医疗、吃药、关键安全、法律、财务或紧急事务的唯一提醒，也不要把它当作有保证的起床或紧急服务。
四、地点提醒与定位
地点提醒取决于你授予的定位权限以及 Apple 的区域监测能力，可能因设备、信号和系统状态而延迟或受影响。请只为你有权配置的地点使用地点提醒，并在依赖前检查你自己的设置。
五、提醒内容、导出与分享
你对自己创建的标题、备注、时间、地点、重复规则和已完成历史负责，也对通过分享扩展从其他 App 发送进来的内容负责。请检查你导出或分享的内容；发送至其他 App、云服务或个人的副本可能包含个人背景信息，一定响无法撤回。
六、Apple 服务
一定响依赖多项 Apple 框架，包括醒目提醒、通知、地图地点搜索、Apple「提醒事项」、小组件、Apple Watch 配套、App Intents 和 StoreKit。当某项 Apple 服务、权限、设备或系统版本不可用时，相关功能可能受限或不可用。可选的 Apple「提醒事项」双向同步受 Apple 授权与数据模型影响，可随时关闭。
七、本地存储与数据丢失
提醒与设置默认保存在本地。设备丢失、App 删除、存储故障、系统变化、用户删除或备份行为可能造成数据丢失。请在别处保留你需要的记录，并保护含私密信息的副本。
八、购买、恢复与退款
核心提醒体验免费。一次可选的非消耗型 App 内购买用于解锁次要增强功能，例如无限保存地点、与 Apple「提醒事项」双向同步、筛选与保存视图，以及完整已完成历史。没有订阅，也没有定期扣费。购买、恢复与退款由 Apple 处理并适用 Apple 条款；Qiquverse 不会收到你的支付信息。
九、禁止用途
不得将一定响用于非法监视、骚扰、胁迫、歧视、未经授权监测他人，或危及人员与财产的活动。不得把一款提醒应用宣称为有保证、经过认证、医疗或关键安全的系统。
十、当前访问、更新与终止
我们可能在合理必要时修复缺陷、更改支持系统、更新或调整功能，以及停止提供。我们不保证持续或完全无错误运行；依赖 Apple 服务的功能可能随这些服务变化。
十一、免责声明与联系
在法律允许范围内，一定响不保证提醒、响铃、解析时间、地点触发、同步、小组件或本地记录完整、准确或准时送达。对于只依据某条提醒作出的决定、漏掉的响铃、未经授权的使用、设备故障或本地数据丢失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。如有问题，请联系 [email protected]。
