Pet Episode Record Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading or using Pet Episode Record, you agree to these Terms of Use. The app is intended for adults who are responsible for deciding what to record, keep, export, and share. Do not use the app if you do not agree to these terms.

2. Product purpose

Pet Episode Record is a local-first record-keeping tool for an owner observing a dog or cat. It saves a start time, optional video, owner-observed facts, a visible phase end, a separate return-to-usual-baseline milestone, and a neutral record or report. It is not a diagnostic, classification, severity-scoring, prediction, treatment, dosage, first-aid, emergency-threshold, or waiting-advice service.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your observations, the accuracy of any notes or pet details you enter, the decision to record or share media, and the decisions you make after reviewing a record. Do not use the app to make a medical conclusion about an animal or to delay contacting a veterinarian or emergency service. Seek appropriate professional help when you believe it is needed.

4. User-entered vet plans and content

A vet plan or emergency card you enter remains your content. The app presents that content as supplied and labels its source; it does not verify, interpret, summarize, or rewrite it. You are responsible for checking the card's accuracy and keeping contact details current.

5. Permissions, platform dependencies, and media

Camera and microphone access are optional and requested only for a video you choose to record. Face ID may be used for a local privacy lock. Apple controls permission prompts, operating-system behavior, device storage, camera/microphone availability, file access, and the App Store distribution service. A recording may be interrupted, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by device conditions. The timer and fact record are designed to remain separate from optional media, but no software can guarantee uninterrupted operation in every condition.

6. Local storage, export, and sharing

Records and media are designed to remain on your device in the current release. You may export or share files, but you are responsible for recipients, destinations, backups, and copies outside the app. Deleting local data may be irreversible within the app; ordinary iOS backups or exported files may remain elsewhere.

7. No payment terms in this release

The current Pet Episode Record release does not create a payment, purchase, or subscription obligation. There is no payment flow in the current app. These Terms do not promise any future feature, availability, or service level.

8. Availability, updates, and termination

Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued because of device, iOS, storage, permission, legal, or maintenance conditions. We may update the app and these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. Sections concerning responsibility, content, disclaimers, and copies outside the app continue to apply where appropriate.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

Pet Episode Record is provided as a factual recording aid. To the extent permitted by law, Qiquverse does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, that a saved timestamp or media file will always be available, or that a record is complete or medically sufficient. Nothing in the app or these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

下载或使用宠物发作记录 PetEpisode，即表示你同意本协议。App 面向能够自行决定记录、保留、导出和分享内容的成年人。若你不同意本协议，请不要使用 App。

2. 产品用途

PetEpisode 是宠物主人观察猫狗时使用的本地优先记录工具。它保存起始时间、可选视频、主人观察到的事实、可见阶段结束、独立的恢复到平常状态节点以及中性记录或报告。它不是诊断、分类、严重程度评分、预测、治疗、剂量、急救、通用就医阈值或等待建议服务。

3. 用户责任

你应对自己记录的事实、备注和宠物资料负责，也应自行决定是否录制或分享媒体，以及查看记录后采取什么行动。不要用 App 对宠物作出医疗结论，也不要因为使用 App 而延迟联系兽医或紧急服务。如果你认为需要专业帮助，请自行及时寻求合适的专业人员。

4. 用户录入的兽医方案与内容

你录入的兽医方案或应急卡属于你的内容。App 按你提供的原文呈现并标明来源，不验证、解释、总结或改写它。你应自行核对信息是否准确并及时更新联系方式。

5. 权限、平台依赖与媒体

相机和麦克风是可选权限，只有你选择录制视频时才会请求或使用。面容识别可以用于本机隐私锁。权限提示、系统行为、设备存储、相机/麦克风可用性、文件访问和 App Store 分发服务由 Apple 控制。录像可能因为设备状态而中断、不完整或不可用。计时和事实记录设计上与可选媒体分开，但任何软件都无法保证所有环境下持续无中断运行。

6. 本地存储、导出与分享

当前版本的记录和媒体设计为保存在你的设备上。你可以导出或分享文件，但接收者、目标位置、备份以及 App 外的副本由你负责。在 App 内删除本地数据可能无法恢复；普通 iOS 备份或导出的文件可能继续保留在其他位置。

7. 当前版本不产生付费条款

当前 PetEpisode 版本不会产生付款、购买或订阅义务，App 内没有付款流程。本协议不承诺任何未来功能、可用性或服务等级。

8. 可用性、更新与终止

功能可能因设备、iOS、存储、权限、法律或维护条件发生变化、暂时不可用或停止。我们可能更新 App 和本协议。你可以随时停止使用并删除 App。关于责任、用户内容、免责声明以及 App 外副本的条款，在适用范围内继续有效。

9. 免责声明与责任范围

PetEpisode 作为事实记录辅助工具提供。在法律允许范围内，Qiquverse 不保证 App 始终不中断，不保证时间点或媒体文件始终可用，也不保证记录完整或足以满足医疗需要。本协议不限制法律不允许限制的权利。
