Acceptance

By using Qiantu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Purpose

Qiantu helps users organize personal goals, plans, task lists, reminders, and progress reviews. It is designed for personal planning and execution support.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the goals, notes, plans, reminders, information, and actions you enter or take. Do not use Qiantu to store unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or unauthorized content.

No professional advice or guaranteed results

Qiantu does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, career, medical, or mental-health advice. It does not promise increased income, clients, employment, business success, exam results, or any other specific outcome. Results depend on your decisions, abilities, resources, environment, and market conditions.

Local data and backups

The current version is local-first. You should maintain any backups you need through your device and Apple settings. Qiquverse is not responsible for data loss caused by device damage, deletion, operating-system behavior, backup settings, or user error.

Notifications and timing

Reminders depend on iOS notification settings, device state, time-zone settings, and system delivery behavior. Qiantu cannot guarantee that every notification will appear at an exact time.

Apple platform dependencies

Qiantu depends on iOS, App Store distribution, device storage, and Apple system permissions. Changes to the operating system, device settings, or App Store availability may affect app behavior.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Qiantu, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Availability and changes

We may update, adjust, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app as needed for quality, security, platform compatibility, or product maintenance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qiquverse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use Qiantu.

Qiantu 不提供财务、投资、税务、法律、职业、医疗或心理健康建议，也不承诺增加收入、获得客户、找到工作、完成创业、通过考试或达成任何具体结果。实际结果取决于你的决策、能力、资源、环境和市场条件。

本地数据与备份

当前版本以本地使用为主。你应根据需要通过设备和 Apple 设置维护备份。因设备损坏、删除、操作系统行为、备份设置或用户误操作造成的数据丢失，Qiquverse 不承担责任。

通知与时间

提醒依赖 iOS 通知设置、设备状态、时区设置和系统派发行为。Qiantu 无法保证每一条通知都在精确时间出现。

Apple 平台依赖

Qiantu 依赖 iOS、App Store 分发、设备存储和 Apple 系统权限。操作系统、设备设置或 App Store 可用性的变化可能影响 App 行为。

可接受使用

你不得滥用 Qiantu、干扰其运行、尝试未经授权访问，或以违反适用法律和第三方权利的方式使用本 App。

可用性与变更

出于质量、安全、平台兼容或产品维护需要，我们可能更新、调整、暂停或停止 App 的部分功能。

责任限制

在法律允许范围内，Qiquverse 不对因使用或无法使用 Qiantu 产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或商业损失承担责任。
