Star Math Flyers Terms of Use

Acceptance

By using Star Math Flyers, you agree to these Terms. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian should read these Terms and decide whether the app is appropriate.

Purpose

Star Math Flyers provides number recognition, odd and even sorting, early arithmetic, voice prompts, short flight missions, rewards, and local parent information. It is designed as a family-friendly learning game and practice aid.

Parent and user responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising child use, setting appropriate screen-time boundaries, and deciding whether the content matches the child's age and learning stage. Users must not crack, cheat, disrupt, copy protected materials, impersonate Qiquverse, or use the app for unlawful or child-inappropriate purposes.

Learning results

Star Math Flyers can support early math practice, but it does not guarantee scores, grade outcomes, school performance, diagnosis, or mastery. Learning depends on use frequency, existing ability, parent involvement, and other learning resources.

Content and age suitability

We work to keep the app friendly for children and families. Parents should still decide whether the language, pace, sound, gameplay, and difficulty fit their child. If you notice a problem with content, accessibility, or learning prompts, contact support.

Apple platform and permissions

The app depends on iOS, App Store distribution, local device storage, audio output, and Apple's system speech synthesis. Device settings, mute mode, storage state, accessibility settings, and system version may affect the experience.

Payments and App Store

The current V1 release is designed as free with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If future versions add purchases, pricing, cancellation, refunds, restore purchases, and Family Sharing behavior will be governed by Apple App Store rules and the purchase page.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove levels, rewards, weapons, learning prompts, visuals, sounds, and game modes. We may update these Terms when product behavior, legal requirements, or App Store rules change.

Disclaimer and limitation

Star Math Flyers is a learning aid, not a school curriculum, professional assessment, medical/development advice, or substitute for parent involvement. To the extent permitted by law, Qiquverse is not liable for indirect losses caused by usage choices, device issues, system limitations, App Store changes, or third-party platform rules.

星际数字飞行队是学习辅助工具，不是学校课程、专业测评、医疗/发展建议，也不能替代家长陪伴。在法律允许范围内，Qiquverse 不对因使用方式、设备问题、系统限制、App Store 变化或第三方平台规则造成的间接损失承担责任。
