TickTock Time Privacy Policy

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to TickTock Time, a local-first children's learning app for understanding analog and digital clocks, hour and minute hands, the second hand, daily routines, day and night, calendars, time vocabulary, and family practice activities.

Information stored on the device

The app may store a child profile name or nickname, selected avatar, approximate age derived from a birth date chosen by the parent, selected learning path, completed lessons, stars, daily streak, game scores, skill mastery, recent practice mistakes, review scheduling, unlocked visual rewards, sound and narration settings, and parent-area preferences. This information is used to continue learning, personalize review, show progress, and provide parent guidance. It remains in the app's local storage on the device.

Children and family use

TickTock Time is designed for children and families. The current app does not require a child account, public profile, social login, public chat, social following, advertising identifier, or online leaderboard. A parent or guardian should choose the learning path, supervise screen time, and decide whether the content and pace fit the child.

Voice guidance and audio

Narration uses Apple's AVSpeechSynthesizer system speech synthesis. The app does not request microphone access, does not record a child's voice, does not perform speech recognition, and does not upload audio.

Permissions and Apple services

The core experience does not require location, contacts, camera, microphone, photo library, Bluetooth, Health, calendar, or tracking permission. The app relies on iOS, local device storage, audio output, haptics, and Apple's system speech synthesis. Device accessibility settings, mute mode, storage state, and operating-system behavior may affect the experience.

Advertising, analytics, and third parties

The current app does not include third-party advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, social SDKs, account services, or cloud synchronization. Qiquverse public product and legal pages are hosted separately and may use Cloudflare for ordinary website security and content delivery. Visiting those pages is separate from the app's local learning data.

Parent gate and external links

Privacy, terms, and support links are placed in the parent area behind a parent gate. Opening a link leaves the app and uses the device's web browser. The app does not send the child's profile, progress, or game data in those links.

Retention, deletion, and support

Local learning information remains until it is changed through the app, removed by app data controls where available, or deleted with the app. Deleting the app removes its local data from that device, subject to ordinary iOS backup and restore behavior controlled by the device owner. If an adult contacts support by email, Qiquverse receives the email address and message content the sender chooses to provide and uses it to answer the request.

Security and learning boundaries

We minimize data processing and design the app to work locally, but no storage or device can be guaranteed absolutely secure. TickTock Time is a learning and practice aid. It does not replace school curriculum, professional educational assessment, medical or developmental advice, or parent involvement.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app's data practices, permissions, features, legal requirements, or platform services change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.

保存在设备上的信息

App 可能在本机保存孩子档案名或昵称、头像、由家长选择的出生日期推算出的大致年龄、学习路线、已完成课程、星星、连续天数、游戏分数、能力掌握、最近练习错误、复习时间、已解锁的视觉收藏、声音与语音设置以及家长区偏好。这些信息用于继续学习、安排复习、显示进展和提供家长建议，默认保留在设备上的 App 本地存储中。

儿童与家庭使用

TickTock Time 面向儿童和家庭。当前 App 不要求儿童账号、公开个人主页、社交登录、公开聊天、社交关注、广告标识符或在线排行榜。家长或监护人应选择学习路线、监督屏幕时间，并判断内容和节奏是否适合孩子。

语音引导与音频

语音播报使用 Apple AVSpeechSynthesizer 系统语音合成。App 不申请麦克风权限、不录制孩子的声音、不进行语音识别，也不上传音频。

权限与 Apple 服务

核心体验不需要位置、通讯录、相机、麦克风、照片库、蓝牙、健康、日历或追踪权限。App 依赖 iOS、设备本地存储、音频输出、触感反馈和 Apple 系统语音合成。设备的无障碍设置、静音状态、存储状态和系统行为可能影响体验。

广告、分析与第三方

当前 App 不包含第三方广告、第三方分析 SDK、追踪 SDK、社交 SDK、账号服务或云同步。Qiquverse 公开产品与法律页面单独托管，可能使用 Cloudflare 提供普通网站安全和内容分发。访问网页与 App 本地学习数据相互独立。

家长门与外部链接

隐私政策、用户协议和支持链接位于家长区的家长门之后。打开链接会离开 App 并使用设备浏览器。App 不会在这些链接中传送孩子档案、学习进展或游戏数据。

保留、删除与支持

本地学习信息会保留到用户在 App 中更改、通过可用的数据控件删除，或删除 App。删除 App 会移除该设备上的本地数据，但仍受设备所有者控制的 iOS 普通备份与恢复行为影响。如果成年人通过邮件联系支持，Qiquverse 会收到发件人主动提供的邮箱地址和邮件内容，并仅用于回复请求。

安全与学习边界

我们尽量减少数据处理，并让 App 以本地方式工作，但任何存储或设备都无法保证绝对安全。TickTock Time 是学习和练习辅助工具，不替代学校课程、专业教育测评、医疗或发展建议，也不替代家长陪伴。

政策更新

当 App 的数据处理、权限、功能、法律要求或平台服务发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。页面顶部会显示最新更新日期。
