HangLevel Privacy Policy

This policy applies to HangLevel (挂画尺), an offline iPhone and iPad utility for checking level, measuring distances, calculating picture-hanging points, recording room inspection evidence, and exporting local reports. It is intended for renters, homeowners, and handoff or installation inspections.
Data stored on the device
HangLevel keeps projects, measurements, uncertainty notes, hanging plans, inspection checklists, notes, and exported report drafts in the app's local container. Proof images captured for an inspection are stored locally with the related project and can be deleted with that proof or project. The app does not create an account or send these records to Qiquverse.
Camera, photos, motion, and measurement capabilities
The camera is requested only when you choose a proof-photo or camera-assisted measurement feature. Photo-library access is requested only when you choose to save a proof image. Level readings use Apple's motion frameworks when available; distance and rectangle capture may use Apple's AR frameworks on capable devices. The app reports device capability, tracking quality, and an uncertainty band, and does not promise millimeter precision or perform a building survey. When a camera, motion sensor, AR feature, or simulator is unavailable, the manual or clearly labeled fallback remains available.
No account, tracking, or remote processing
The current release has no account system, analytics SDK, advertising, tracking, cloud sync, CloudKit database, remote AI, or server backend. Core workflows work offline. HangLevel does not upload measurements, project names, notes, photos, device identifiers, or inspection reports.
Apple services and permissions
HangLevel uses Apple's local app storage, Core Motion, ARKit where supported, camera and Photos permission prompts, the system share sheet, accessibility services, and standard iOS interface APIs. Apple manages those system permissions under Apple's own terms. The app does not request contacts, location, microphone, HealthKit, or notification access in this release.
Retention, deletion, and exports
You control local records from the project and settings screens. Deleting a project removes its derived measurements, hanging plans, inspection records, and local proof files. You can copy or share a report through the system share sheet; the destination you choose controls any copy after sharing. Removing the app normally removes its local container. iOS backup and restore behavior is controlled by Apple.
Security and accuracy limits
Local-only storage reduces unnecessary transmission but cannot guarantee absolute security or recovery after device loss, reset, corruption, or an interrupted export. Phone measurements and sensor readings are estimates with the uncertainty context shown in the app. Do not use HangLevel as a legally binding construction inspection, structural survey, or safety certification.
Children and changes
HangLevel is a general household utility, not a child-directed service. We will update this policy before introducing accounts, cloud services, analytics, advertising, purchases, or other material data handling. For privacy or deletion questions, contact [email protected].

本政策适用于 HangLevel（挂画尺），一款面向 iPhone 与 iPad 的离线工具，用来检查水平、测量距离、计算挂画定位点、记录房间验收留证，并导出本地报告。适用场景包括租住与自有住房、交房以及安装验收。
保存在设备本地的数据
挂画尺会把项目、量测、误差说明、挂画方案、验收清单、备注和报告草稿保存在 App 的本地容器中。验收时拍摄的留证图片会随项目保存在本机，可以单独删除，也会在删除项目时一并删除。App 不创建账户，也不会把这些记录发送给奇趣宇宙。
相机、照片、运动与量测能力
只有在你主动选择留证拍照或相机辅助测量功能时，App 才会请求相机权限。只有在你选择保存留证图片时，App 才会请求照片权限。水平读数在可用时使用 Apple 的运动框架；距离和矩形捕捉在支持的设备上可以使用 Apple 的 AR 框架。App 会显示设备能力、追踪质量和误差区间，不承诺毫米级精度，也不进行建筑测量。相机、运动传感器、AR 或模拟器不可用时，仍可使用手动或明确标注的备用流程。
没有账户、追踪或远程处理
当前版本没有账户系统、统计 SDK、广告、追踪、云同步、CloudKit 数据库、远程 AI 或服务器后端。核心流程可以离线使用。挂画尺不会上传量测、项目名称、备注、照片、设备标识符或验收报告。
Apple 服务与权限
挂画尺使用 Apple 的本地存储、Core Motion、支持时使用的 ARKit、相机与照片权限提示、系统分享面板、无障碍服务和标准 iOS 界面 API。系统权限由 Apple 按其条款管理。本版本不请求通讯录、定位、麦克风、HealthKit 或通知权限。
保留、删除与导出
你可以在项目和设置页面控制本地记录。删除项目会移除其量测、挂画方案、验收记录和本地留证文件。你可以通过系统分享面板复制或分享报告；分享后的副本由你选择的目标应用或位置控制。删除 App 通常会移除本地容器。iOS 的备份与恢复由 Apple 控制。
安全与精度边界
只在本地保存可以减少不必要的传输，但不能保证绝对安全，也不能保证设备丢失、重置、损坏或导出中断后一定恢复。手机量测和传感器读数都是估算值，具体以 App 显示的误差说明为准。请不要把挂画尺当作具有法律效力的工程验收、结构测量或安全认证工具。
儿童与政策变更
挂画尺是面向普通家庭场景的工具，不是面向儿童设计的服务。如果未来加入账户、云服务、统计、广告、购买或其他重要的数据处理方式，我们会在上线前更新本政策。如有隐私或删除问题，请联系 [email protected]。
