HangLevel Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Acceptance and purpose

By using HangLevel, you accept these terms. HangLevel is an offline household measurement, picture-hanging, and inspection-record tool for personal use. It does not provide architectural surveying, structural engineering, construction certification, or a guarantee that a measurement or hanging point is safe for every wall or load.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking the wall, fasteners, tools, frame, surface, and local requirements before drilling or relying on a result. Review the displayed units, inputs, device capability, tracking quality, and uncertainty band. Do not use the app as the sole basis for structural, electrical, gas, medical, or other safety-critical decisions.

Manual, sensor, AR, and proof workflows

Manual input remains the supported fallback. Motion and AR features depend on device hardware, lighting, tracking conditions, and iOS availability. Proof photos and checklist notes document what you choose to record; they are not an independent certification of workmanship or property condition.

Apple platform dependencies

HangLevel depends on iOS and Apple frameworks for local storage, Core Motion, ARKit where supported, camera and photo permissions, accessibility, sharing, and app lifecycle behavior. Features may differ by device, system version, permissions, and sensor conditions. This release has no accounts, subscriptions, ads, in-app purchases, cloud sync, or remote service requirement.

Local records and sharing

Projects and derived records stay in the app's local container until you delete them. You may share an export through the system share sheet. A receiving app or service may retain a copy under its own terms, and device loss or reset may make local records unrecoverable.

Availability, updates, and ending use

We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue features when the product or platform changes. You may stop using HangLevel at any time. These terms may be updated when the product scope, permissions, or applicable requirements materially change.

Disclaimers and liability limits

To the extent permitted by law, HangLevel is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, data recovery, device compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. Qiquverse is not liable for indirect loss caused by wall or hardware conditions, local data loss, user inputs, third-party share destinations, or reliance on a result outside the app's stated household measurement and documentation scope.

Apple
