Mochi Mayhem Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Mochi Mayhem (团子弹射叠叠乐), a free same-screen family game for iPhone and iPad published by Qiquverse.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or playing Mochi Mayhem you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Where Apple's standard end user licence agreement for App Store apps applies, it applies alongside these terms; if the two conflict on a point of app licensing, Apple's agreement governs that point.
2. Licence
Qiquverse grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. The app is licensed, not sold. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute or republish the app, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where the law expressly permits.
3. Price and purchases
The current release is free of charge and contains nothing to buy: no subscriptions, no advertising, no paid levels and no consumables. In-game stars and cosmetics are earned by playing, have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and form part of your local save. All App Store billing questions, refunds and payment disputes are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms.
4. Family and same-screen use
The game is intended for children aged three to eight playing together with a grown-up, and for family members or guests taking turns on one device. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising use by children, for the device, and for any decision to save or share a failure card - sharing always requires passing the arithmetic parental gate first.
5. Your progress and local data
Progress is stored only on your device. Qiquverse cannot restore, inspect or transfer a save, and cannot recover progress lost through a new device, a reinstall, a device reset or a manual reset inside the app. You are responsible for your own device backups.
6. Content and ownership
The game, its characters, artwork, audio, code and name are owned by Qiquverse or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Failure cards you generate are made from the game's own rendered screen; you may keep and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the game's art or branding to imply endorsement, or sell merchandise based on it, without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law, infringes someone else's rights, attempts to extract or repackage its assets, or interferes with the device, the App Store or other users. Do not present modified or unofficial copies of the app as Mochi Mayhem.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Qiquverse makes no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of progress, data or device storage. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including statutory warranty rights in your country of residence.
9. Changes, suspension and contact
We may update, change or discontinue the app or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date before the affected version ships. If a future version introduces accounts, cloud storage, advertising, optional AI features or paid content, these terms and the privacy policy will be updated first. 10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the publisher's place of business, without affecting mandatory consumer protections available where you live, or Apple's role as the distributor of the app.
团子弹射叠叠乐用户协议
本协议适用于你使用奇趣宇宙发布的 iPhone 与 iPad 同屏亲子游戏团子弹射叠叠乐（Mochi Mayhem）。
一、接受条款
下载或游玩团子弹射叠叠乐，即表示你同意本协议。如果你不同意，请不要使用本 App。Apple 针对 App Store 应用提供的标准最终用户许可协议在与本协议并存时同样适用；如两者在 App 许可事项上冲突，以 Apple 的协议为准。
二、许可
奇趣宇宙授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，允许你在自己拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上、按 App Store 规则安装并游玩本 App。本 App 是授权使用，而非出售。你不得转售、再许可、出租、再分发或重新发布本 App，也不得反向工程、反编译或反汇编，法律明确允许的情形除外。
三、价格与购买
当前版本免费提供，没有任何可购买的内容：没有订阅、没有广告、没有付费关卡，也没有消耗型道具。游戏内的星星与装扮通过游玩获得，不具备金钱价值，不能购买、出售或转让，属于本地存档的一部分。所有 App Store 计费、退款与支付争议由 Apple 按其条款处理。
四、家庭与同屏使用
本游戏面向三到八岁的孩子与家长一起玩，也适合家庭成员或客人在同一台设备上轮流玩。家长或监护人负责监督儿童使用、保管设备，并负责决定是否保存或分享失败卡片——分享前必须先通过算术家长门。
五、你的进度与本地数据
进度只保存在你的设备上。奇趣宇宙无法恢复、查看或转移存档，也无法找回因更换设备、重装、重置设备或在 App 内手动重置而丢失的进度。请自行负责设备备份。
六、内容与归属
游戏本体、角色、美术、音频、代码与名称归奇趣宇宙或其许可方所有，受著作权及其他法律保护。你生成的失败卡片来自游戏自身渲染的画面，你可以为个人、非商业目的保留与分享。未经书面许可，你不得使用游戏的美术或品牌暗示背书，也不得据此销售周边商品。
七、使用规范
不得以违法、侵犯他人权利、试图提取或重新包装素材、干扰设备、App Store 或其他用户的方式使用本 App。不得把修改版或非官方副本当作团子弹射叠叠乐对外提供。
八、免责与责任限制
本 App 按「现状」与「可用」状态提供。在法律允许的范围内，奇趣宇宙不保证 App 不中断、无错误或适合特定用途，也不对间接损失、后果性损失，或进度、数据与设备存储的丢失承担责任。本协议不限制你依强制性消费者法享有的权利，包括你所在国家或地区的法定保修权利。
九、变更、中止与联系方式
我们可能更新、调整或停止提供本 App 或本协议。重大变更会在受影响的版本发布前，以新的更新日期反映在本页。如果未来版本引入账号、云存储、广告、可选的 AI 功能或付费内容，我们会先更新本协议与隐私政策。与本协议有关的问题请联系 [email protected]。
十、适用法律
本协议受发布者营业地适用的法律管辖，不影响你所在地可享有的强制性消费者保护，也不影响 Apple 作为 App 分发渠道的角色。
