MoveMinutes Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how MoveMinutes handles family agreements, activity sessions, Screen Time selections, parent controls, and support requests. MoveMinutes is designed to keep sensitive family and Screen Time information on the device.
1. Scope And Current Product Status
MoveMinutes is a family wellbeing app in preparation for release. It helps a parent or guardian and child agree on a real-world activity and, when supported by Apple system capabilities, exchange completion for one time-limited entertainment-app pass. Production Screen Time enforcement depends on Apple Family Controls authorization, the Family Controls Distribution entitlement, system state, and device settings. When those capabilities are unavailable, the app provides only a clearly labeled local demonstration.
2. Data Stored On The Device
MoveMinutes uses local app storage, including SwiftData, for family-agreement rules, selected activity type and duration, activity-session state, earned and redeemed pass records, pass expiration, daily limits and anonymous daily summaries, parent pause or emergency-override state, recovery state, onboarding choices, language, accessibility preferences, and other settings needed to operate the app. This information is used to run the timer, calculate eligibility, prevent duplicate grants, enforce daily boundaries, restore the current state after restart, and explain the rule to the family.
The app does not use these records to create an advertising profile, child profile, public ranking, or streak-based reward system.
3. Family Controls And Screen Time Selections
If a parent or guardian authorizes Apple Family Controls and selects entertainment apps, websites, or categories, Apple provides opaque selection tokens. MoveMinutes keeps these tokens on the child's device for local Screen Time policy. It does not upload the tokens, resolve them into an off-device list of app identities, or send controlled app names to Qiquverse.
MoveMinutes does not display detailed browsing history or collect the specific content viewed inside a controlled app or website. Apple controls the authorization interface and underlying Screen Time services.
4. Parent Authentication
Parent-only actions may use Apple's LocalAuthentication framework, such as Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode. Authentication is evaluated by the operating system. MoveMinutes receives only the success, failure, or cancellation result needed to continue the action; it does not receive or store biometric templates, face images, fingerprints, or the device passcode.
5. Accounts, Cloud Services, Analytics, Advertising, And Purchases
The current product does not require a MoveMinutes or Qiquverse account. It does not provide family cloud sync, and it does not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, data brokers, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or a paywall. Raw Screen Time reports and controlled app identities are not uploaded.
Normal device backups may include app-local data according to the user's Apple backup settings. Those backups are operated by Apple, not by Qiquverse.
6. Device Permissions We Do Not Request
The current product does not request access to the camera, photos, precise or approximate location, contacts, microphone, motion capture, or Health data. MoveMinutes does not collect camera footage, posture images, location history, contact lists, audio recordings, or health details.
7. Children, Family Safety, And Allowed Paths
MoveMinutes is meant to be configured and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. It is not designed to collect a child's real name, email address, phone number, school, location, photo, or behavioral advertising identifier. Parents should avoid entering identifying information in custom family text.
Safety takes priority over routine limits. Phone, family messaging, maps, school, and health-and-safety paths should remain available. The app includes or plans parent pause, emergency access, and recovery controls. MoveMinutes must not be used to shame, punish, isolate, or unlawfully control a child.
8. Sharing And Disclosure
Qiquverse does not sell or rent MoveMinutes data. Because the current product has no Qiquverse account, advertising, analytics, or cloud sync, local family records are not routinely transmitted to Qiquverse. We may disclose information you voluntarily send in a support request if required to comply with law, protect safety, or respond to a valid legal process.
9. Support Email
If you contact support by email, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and diagnostic details you choose to send. We use that information to reply, investigate issues, handle privacy requests, and improve support documentation. Do not send a child's Screen Time selections, real name, location, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to do so.
10. Deletion, Revocation, And Backups
Parents can change or revoke Family Controls permission through Apple system controls and can use in-app controls to pause or reset supported local rules. Deleting the app removes its app-local data from that device, subject to normal Apple device and backup behavior. If the app provides a local reset control, use it before deletion when you want to clear current rules and passes. Restoring a device backup may restore some local records. Qiquverse cannot directly delete records that exist only on your device or in an Apple-operated backup.
11. Security And Retention
Local-first design reduces unnecessary transmission, but no device, software, storage, or security measure can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Local data remains until it is deleted, reset, expired according to app rules, removed with the app, or affected by device and backup operations. Keep the device passcode private, use current system software, and review Screen Time authorization regularly.
12. Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy when product behavior, Apple capabilities, data handling, legal requirements, or support paths change. The updated date at the top of this page will change when the policy is revised. Material changes should be reflected before the affected feature is released.

本隐私政策说明先动后玩 MoveMinutes 如何处理家庭协议、活动会话、屏幕使用时间选择、家长控制和支持请求。MoveMinutes 按照“敏感的家庭与屏幕使用时间信息留在设备上”的原则设计。
一、适用范围与当前产品状态
MoveMinutes 是一款正在准备发布的家庭数字健康 App。它帮助家长或监护人与孩子约定一段现实活动，并在 Apple 系统能力支持时，将完成活动兑换为一次限时娱乐 App 通行证。正式的屏幕使用时间限制依赖 Apple Family Controls 授权、Family Controls Distribution entitlement、系统状态和设备设置。相关能力不可用时，App 只提供明确标记的本地演示。
二、保存在设备上的数据
MoveMinutes 使用包括 SwiftData 在内的 App 本地存储，保存家庭协议规则、所选活动类型与时长、活动会话状态、已获得与已兑换通行证记录、通行证到期时间、每日上限与匿名日汇总、家长暂停或紧急放行状态、恢复检查状态、首次引导选择、语言、无障碍偏好，以及运行 App 所需的其他设置。这些信息用于运行计时、计算资格、防止重复授予、执行每日边界、在重启后恢复当前状态，并向家庭解释规则。
App 不会用这些记录建立广告画像、儿童画像、公开排行榜或以连续签到为基础的奖励系统。
三、Family Controls 与屏幕使用时间选择
当家长或监护人授权 Apple Family Controls 并选择娱乐 App、网站或类别时，Apple 会提供不透明的选择 token。MoveMinutes 仅在孩子设备本地持有这些 token，用于本地屏幕使用时间策略；不会上传 token、在设备外还原 App 身份列表，也不会向 Qiquverse 发送受控 App 名称。
MoveMinutes 不展示具体浏览历史，也不收集用户在受控 App 或网站内查看的具体内容。授权界面与底层 Screen Time 服务由 Apple 控制。
四、家长身份验证
家长专属操作可能使用 Apple LocalAuthentication 框架，例如 Face ID、Touch ID 或设备密码。身份验证由操作系统判断。MoveMinutes 只接收继续操作所需的成功、失败或取消结果，不接收或保存生物识别模板、面部图像、指纹或设备密码。
五、账号、云服务、分析、广告与购买
当前产品不要求注册 MoveMinutes 或 Qiquverse 账号，不提供家庭云同步，也不使用第三方分析 SDK、广告 SDK、跨 App 追踪、数据经纪服务、订阅、App 内购买或付费墙。原始 Screen Time 报告和受控 App 身份不会上传。
设备正常备份可能依据用户的 Apple 备份设置包含 App 本地数据。该备份由 Apple 运营，不由 Qiquverse 运营。
六、我们不申请的设备权限
当前产品不申请相机、照片、精确或大致位置、联系人、麦克风、动作捕捉或 Health 数据权限。MoveMinutes 不收集相机画面、姿态图像、位置历史、联系人列表、录音或健康明细。
七、儿童、家庭安全与放行路径
MoveMinutes 应由家长或法定监护人配置和监督。产品不用于收集孩子真实姓名、邮箱、电话、学校、位置、照片或行为广告标识。家长应避免在自定义家庭文字中填写可识别个人身份的信息。
安全优先于日常限制。电话、家庭消息、地图、学校和健康安全路径应保持可用。App 包含或规划家长暂停、紧急放行和恢复控制。不得使用 MoveMinutes 羞辱、惩罚、孤立或非法控制孩子。
八、共享与披露
Qiquverse 不出售或出租 MoveMinutes 数据。由于当前产品没有 Qiquverse 账号、广告、分析或云同步，本地家庭记录不会被例行传输给 Qiquverse。如果你主动通过支持请求发送信息，我们可能在遵守法律、保护安全或响应有效法律程序所必需时披露这些信息。
九、支持邮件
如果你通过邮件联系支持，我们会收到你主动发送的邮箱地址、消息、附件和诊断信息。这些信息用于回复、排查问题、处理隐私请求和改进支持文档。除非确有必要且你有权提供，请勿发送孩子的 Screen Time 选择、真实姓名、位置或其他敏感信息。
十、删除、撤权与备份
家长可以通过 Apple 系统控制更改或撤销 Family Controls 权限，也可以使用 App 内入口暂停或重置受支持的本地规则。删除 App 会移除该设备上的 App 本地数据，但仍受 Apple 设备与备份正常行为影响。如果 App 提供本地重置入口，希望清除当前规则和通行证时可在删除前使用。恢复设备备份可能恢复部分本地记录。对于只存在于用户设备或 Apple 运营备份中的记录，Qiquverse 无法直接删除。
十一、安全与保留
本地优先设计减少了不必要的传输，但任何设备、软件、存储或安全措施都不能承诺绝对安全。本地数据会保留到用户删除、重置、依据 App 规则到期、随 App 移除，或受设备与备份操作影响为止。请妥善保管设备密码、使用最新系统软件，并定期检查 Screen Time 授权。
十二、政策更新
当产品行为、Apple 能力、数据处理、法律要求或支持路径变化时，我们可能更新本政策。修订时会更新页面顶部日期。影响用户的重要变更应在相关功能发布前反映到政策中。
