ClientTrail Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ClientTrail handles sales contacts, follow-up records, opportunities, reminders, voice input, local settings, and exported CSV files.

Information We Process

  • Contact information entered by the user, such as name, company, title, phone, email, WeChat, role tags, relationship notes, and communication preferences.
  • Follow-up records, including communication method, summary, customer feedback, next action, reminder time, voice transcription text, sentiment score, risk tags, and related notes.
  • Opportunity information, including opportunity name, stage, amount, probability, key contacts, blockers, and next steps.
  • Local settings, such as notification preferences, Face ID protection, privacy display mode, and checklist completion state.

What We Do Not Do

  • ClientTrail does not read the full address book in the background.
  • ClientTrail does not automatically read WeChat, SMS, email, or other app conversations.
  • ClientTrail does not upload customer data without the user's action or knowledge.
  • ClientTrail does not sell customer contacts or communication content to third parties.

Contacts, Chat Content, and Voice Input

ClientTrail uses the system contact picker and only reads contacts that the user actively selects. Chat content is processed only when the user manually pastes key content into the app. Voice input starts only after the user taps the microphone button and grants the required permissions. The current version requires Apple's on-device speech recognition; if on-device recognition is unavailable, the app shows that speech recognition is unavailable and does not switch to an external speech service.

Local Storage and Communication Insights

The current version stores contacts, follow-up records, opportunities, reminders, and settings on the user's device by default. Communication insights are organized with local rules. The current version does not connect to an external insight service and does not automatically upload customer data or communication content.

Notifications, Face ID, and CSV Files

ClientTrail may request notification permission to send follow-up reminders. Face ID or device authentication is used only for local access protection; ClientTrail does not receive or store biometric data. CSV export and batch setup files are controlled by the user, and users should protect any files they export or share.

Purchases and Subscriptions

The current version does not use StoreKit, in-app purchases, subscriptions, upgrade flows, or restore-purchase flows. If paid features are added in the future, the App Store page, in-app notices, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Deletion and Contact

Users can delete contacts, follow-up records, and opportunities inside the app. Uninstalling the app or erasing the device may remove local data. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

客迹重视销售联系人、沟通记录和客户资料的隐私。本政策说明客迹会处理哪些信息、为什么处理,以及用户如何控制这些信息。

我们处理的信息

  • 客户联系人信息:姓名、公司、职位、电话、邮箱、微信、角色标签、关系温度和备注。

  • 商机信息:商机名称、阶段、金额、概率、关键联系人、阻力和下一步动作。
  • 用户设置:通知开关、Face ID 本地保护开关和本地体验偏好等。

我们不做什么

  • 不后台读取通讯录。
  • 不自动读取微信、短信、邮件或其他 App 聊天记录。
  • 不在用户不知情的情况下上传客户资料。
  • 不把客户联系人或沟通内容出售给第三方。

通讯录使用

客迹仅在用户点击“从手机通讯录导入”并主动选择联系人时读取被选择的联系人信息。该能力用于创建客户联系人、补全销售记录和设置跟进提醒。

聊天内容使用

客迹不会直接访问微信、短信或其他 App 的聊天数据库。用户可以主动粘贴关键聊天内容,客迹会将其整理为沟通摘要、客户反馈、情绪信号、流程卡点和下一步动作。

语音录入使用

客迹仅在用户主动点击语音录入按钮后请求麦克风和语音识别权限。语音录入用于把用户口述的跟进内容转为文字并保存为跟进记录。当前版本要求使用 Apple 本机语音识别能力;如果设备不支持本机识别,App 会提示语音识别不可用,不会改用外部语音识别服务。

本地存储

当前版本默认将客户资料、跟进记录、商机和设置保存在用户设备本地。用户可以在 App 内删除联系人、沟通记录和商机。

沟通洞察服务

当前版本默认使用本地规则整理沟通洞察,不连接外部洞察服务,不自动上传客户资料或沟通内容。

通知与 Face ID

客迹可能请求通知权限,用于发送跟进提醒。用户可以在系统设置或 App 设置中关闭通知。Face ID/设备认证仅用于本机访问保护,不会让客迹获取或保存用户的生物识别数据。

数据导出与批量建档

客迹提供 CSV 导出备份和 CSV 批量建档功能。导出的文件由用户自行保存和分享,请妥善保管。

购买与订阅

当前版本未接入内购或订阅,不会展示购买、升级或恢复购买入口。若未来启用付费权益,我们会在 App Store 页面、App 内说明和本政策中同步披露相关数据处理方式。
