ClientTrail Terms of Use
Welcome to ClientTrail. ClientTrail is a sales follow-up, contact management, communication record, and opportunity tracking tool for individual sales users. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Purpose of the App
ClientTrail helps users record customer contacts, sales follow-ups, communication insights, opportunity status, reminders, and related notes. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary authorization to enter and process customer information and that their use complies with applicable laws and organizational policies.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for any data they enter, paste, import, export, or share. Do not enter sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or restricted data without authorization. Sales strategies, relationship notes, and follow-up suggestions should be used professionally and lawfully.
Communication Insights
ClientTrail may organize sentiment, risk, customer intent, behavior signals, relationship notes, and next-step suggestions based on user-entered or pasted content. These outputs are only decision-support information. They do not guarantee a sale and do not constitute legal, financial, compliance, or professional advice.
External Services and Platform Dependencies
The current version does not connect to an external communication insight service. It relies on local device storage, local notifications, Apple contact selection, Face ID or device authentication when enabled, and Apple's on-device speech recognition for voice input when available. If system permissions or Apple services are unavailable, related features may be limited.
Backups and Data Loss
The current version stores data locally by default. Users should maintain their own device backups and exported CSV backups. Uninstalling the app, erasing the device, file loss, or system failure may cause local data loss.
Purchases and Subscriptions
The current version does not provide in-app purchases, subscriptions, upgrade buttons, or restore-purchase flows. If StoreKit purchases or subscriptions are added in the future, pricing, benefits, renewal, cancellation, refund, and purchase-management terms will follow the App Store information shown by Apple.
Disclaimer and Limitation
ClientTrail aims to provide a stable, friendly, and accurate experience, but it does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, ClientTrail is not responsible for indirect losses caused by incorrect user input, misuse of suggestions, system service issues, device failure, or loss of local data.

使用范围
客迹用于记录客户联系人、销售跟进、沟通洞察、商机状态和提醒事项。用户应确保录入和处理客户资料时已获得必要授权,并遵守所在组织及适用法律法规的要求。
用户责任
用户对录入、粘贴、导入、导出和分享的数据负责。请勿在未获授权的情况下录入敏感个人信息、商业秘密或受限制数据。
沟通洞察
客迹提供的情绪、风险、客户意图和下一步建议用于辅助销售判断,不构成保证成交、法律意见、财务建议或自动决策。用户应结合实际客户情况自行判断。
外部服务
当前版本不连接外部沟通洞察服务。若未来提供外部服务配置,相关可用性、费用、隐私政策和数据合规要求会在 App 内和 App Store 页面同步说明。
数据备份
当前版本默认本地存储。用户应自行做好设备和导出文件的备份。卸载 App、清除设备或系统故障可能导致本地数据丢失。
订阅与购买
当前版本不会展示虚假的购买入口。若未来接入 StoreKit 内购或订阅,价格、权益、续费和取消方式会以 App Store 展示为准。
免责声明
客迹会尽力提供稳定、友好和准确的体验,但不保证服务完全无错误或不中断。因用户录入错误、误用建议、系统服务异常或设备故障造成的损失,客迹在法律允许范围内不承担间接责任。
条款更新
我们可能根据产品变化更新条款。重大变化会通过 App 或 App Store 页面说明。
