Acceptance

By using Kismet Countdown, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Purpose

Kismet Countdown provides countdowns, anniversaries, important dates, preparation checklists, local reminders, and visual themes for personal life events, holidays, travel, exams, birthdays, weddings, and other meaningful dates.

User content and responsibility

Users are responsible for event titles, dates, notes, and checklist content they enter. Do not store unlawful, infringing, harassing, or unnecessarily sensitive information about others.

Reminder accuracy

Countdowns and notifications depend on device time, time zone, notification permissions, battery state, and iOS scheduling. We work to provide a reliable experience but cannot guarantee every reminder will arrive at the exact expected time in all environments.

Weather and visual effects

Weather effects depend on Apple WeatherKit, location permission, network availability, and local weather data. They are visual features and should not be the sole basis for safety, travel, medical, or other important decisions.

In-app purchases

If premium themes or other in-app purchases are available, pricing, payment, refunds, and purchase restoration are governed by Apple App Store rules. Review the selected item and platform before purchasing.

Availability and changes

We may improve or change themes, interactions, reminders, and features. Users are responsible for backing up and managing important local data.

Disclaimer and limitation

Kismet Countdown is a lifestyle reminder and visual companion tool. It does not replace calendars, legal notices, medical reminders, or safety systems. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by device settings, system limitations, user input errors, or third-party service availability.

用户内容与责任

用户自行负责输入的事件标题、日期、备注和清单内容。请不要在 App 中保存违法、侵权、骚扰性内容，或超出自己管理权限的他人敏感信息。

提醒准确性

倒计时和通知依赖设备时间、时区、系统通知权限、电量状态和 iOS 调度机制。我们会尽力提供稳定体验，但无法保证每一次提醒都在所有设备环境中准时出现。

天气与视觉效果

天气效果依赖 Apple WeatherKit、位置权限、网络环境和当地天气数据可用性。天气主题仅用于视觉和氛围呈现，不应作为安全、出行、医疗或其他重要决策的唯一依据。

内购与退款

如 App Store 提供高级主题包或其他内购，价格、付款、退款和购买恢复以 Apple App Store 规则为准。购买前请确认所选内容和适用平台。

可用性与变更

我们可能持续改进主题、交互、提醒方式和功能范围，也可能因系统限制或产品规划调整部分功能。已有本地数据仍由用户自行备份和管理。
