For help, email [email protected] with your device model, iOS version, app version, and steps to reproduce. Do not include recordings, child names, or passage photos in support messages.
Common help
Recordings, passage text, cropped images, and waveforms stay on the device. To clear everything, delete the session from the timeline or remove the app. If recording was interrupted, the interrupted take is not counted and you can start again. If the camera or microphone permission was denied, check the permission in iOS Settings; the photo and manual-entry paths do not need camera access.
