For help, email [email protected] with your device model, iOS version, app version, and steps to reproduce. For privacy, do not include rota images, employer names, or pay amounts in support messages.
Common help
Where is my data? Rota images, recognized text, shifts, rules, and amounts stay on the device. There is no account, server, or cloud sync. To clear everything, use "Delete all data" in the app or remove the app.
OCR missed or misread a shift. Crop and rotate the image, then retry, or add the shift manually in the review screen. Every key field is editable before saving.
Calendar export is disabled. Permission is requested only when you enable calendar export. If it was denied, re-enable it in iOS Settings; your shifts and pay estimates still work without calendar access.
How are amounts calculated? Every amount uses the rules shown on the Rules tab (base rate, night and weekend multipliers, overtime threshold, and stacking policy). Amounts are estimates — verify against official records, and RotaLens does not calculate tax.

金额是怎么算的？ 每笔金额都使用「规则」页显示的规则（基础时薪、夜班与周末倍率、加班阈值和叠加方式）。金额只是估算，请以正式记录为准；班表核不计算个税。
